1. Told a series of lies : claimed to have upgraded my room when all the rooms in the hotel were exactly the same.

2. Failed to book my airline assistance both ways.

3. Lack of transparency about complaints procedure.

4. Staff were rude and tried to intimidate me into spending more money.

5. Staff lied numerous times about their attempts to contact me.

6. Stressful waiting for the boarding passes, arriving the evening before my flight.

The whole experience was incredibly stressful.

Fabian took our API details very efficiently Answering my questions very quickly.

Fabian was very helpful and assisted me with all queries in a polite and quick manner.

They changed flights without telling me then when I realised what they had done they proceeded to tell me that there are no refunds and it’s not their issue that the flights have changed days! Customer service is shambolic. They have no complaints procedure and simply take your money. STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Bryan helped us with a number of options for our trip, providing assistance with flights, hotels, and flexibility with dates. So helpful in explaining localities and amenities available within the hotels.
Always called back as promised and kept within our budget for our package holiday.

Customer service wasnt very good at all. Trying to get them to understand what I needed was very difficult. Having to repeat myself over n over. Trying to make a payment on my holiday, my card details were taken but no payment, had to call back and was told they would send a link to make the payment. If that was the case, why take my card details over the phone. Eventually got there and my payment was taken. Needs to really improve on the customer service

It was a bit difficult to hear on the phone line, but the person I talked to was very helpful, and checked back to me all the details accurately thank you.

Really great at helping you to find the holiday you want competitively priced so you can afford it. Always well priced but service can be patchy after payment, which means you need to be on the ball. It’s a great offer but I wish I could do my own boarding pass as having someone else do it can make the wait for it to arrive in you inbox a bit nerve racking. I’ve booked 6 or so holidays with them. They are my go to, my first stop. Thank you Buzz Holidays. You have found some great holidays for me.

DO NOT PURCHASE GOODS & SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY.

After being mis-sold an upgrade, and hours spent on the phone making our complaint, we were finally offered a full refund for our room upgrade (we had paid for a room upgrade but when arriving at the hotel, an upgrade was not possible due to a lack of availability. Holidaybuzz’s did not take responsibility to check this before offering the upgrade to us).

Holidaybuzz assured us that the refund had been issued, on their end, on the 21st December 2022. They advised that this may take up to 14 working days to clear. It is now the 23rd of January 2023 and still no refund has been received into my account.

I have contacted them many times, via phone and email and no response. I did check with my bank to confirm whether or not this refund had been received and was advised that it hadn’t.

This company continues to lie to us and show that they do not care about their customers at all. They take your money and provide you with little-to-know service or care after the fact.

I strongly recommend anyone ignores all positive reviews about Holidaybuzz and steers clear of them entirely.
