I sent my order
I sent my order - got an email saying my parcel was on its way - then got an email saying there was a delay- my parcel arrived three weeks late and worst of all it didn’t look remotely like it did in the image shown on the website. It was advertised as a head and neck support pillow that would give me 8 hrs solid sleep. It looked great with what I would describe as well formed breasts to support as promised and a skin tight cover that clung to every curve. What I received was a flat section of memory foam with two “ears” 40cm apart and another section to the front where one’s neck would be located. No support whatsoever just completely flat and an ill fitting cover that clung to nothing. The whole thing looked like a flat tyre that needed to be pumped but unfortunately without a valve. I sent an email over a week ago to say I needed to return the item but have heard nothing since. Discussed. Willie Corbett

I ordered a Jar opener on 28th-Jan. 30th Jan - on it's way, 6th Feb it had reached the parcel centre in Ireland, 7th Feb - delayed expect delivery in 1-3 working days now 13th Feb still waiting.

I am very happy with my purchase and with the customer service from HNG. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was for the delivery service. The courier company was inefficient and didn't phone in advance or deliver on the agreed day.
