Excellent customer service team

They were brillant to purchase from as I got one of my items next day and when I asked customer service about delivery estimate with my mattress they were very efficient and even keeping me up to date when they got any notifications themselves from transportation. Would highly recommend. They have very good customer service

Really happy with my product

Really happy with my product. The service was excellent. There was an issue with the delivery company and HNG took care of this by following up daily with them to ensure it was delivered. This was not due to them.

Fast delivery, support bars on inside of chair dig through cushion making it uncomfortable to sit in for long sadly but quality upright and very spacious, the cat loves it.

Very slow…

Ordered 16th December and product has been sitting in Germany since 23rd December. Think it’s a bit strange that you’re asking for a review when I’m still waiting to receive my product. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from you again. When I order from an Irish website I’d expect the product to be available in Ireland

Unfortunately, due to significant weather-related disruptions, including damage at Holyhead, cargo had to be re-routed, which resulted in an extended delay. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

Disappointed

I placed my order on 9th December and made the decision to order from you as wanted to support an Irish Company but am so disappointed that I still have not received my order and it's now 26th December. I have been constantly tracking my order but it hasn't moved since the 16th December when it tracked in Germany. If I had known the items were coming from Europe I would never have placed my order with you.
I have only received one reply from your support desk to my emails and can't get through to anyone on your phone number. Really not happy.
