However, in this case, the item you ordered was not readily available in our local warehouse in Co. Laois. To ensure you received your order as quickly as possible, we arranged for it to be shipped directly from our supplier in Spain.

Unfortunately, due to significant weather-related disruptions, including damage at Holyhead, cargo had to be re-routed, which resulted in an extended delay. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
