Arrived promptly and delivered with care. Much better design, much better than my old OneCup 😆

We have the HW770 hot water dispenser, and needed a second, so we decided to buy the HW1660 as well. They are both of excellent quality and design, easy to use. Their customer service is brilliant, with any questions answered promptly, and with great patience… :-) First class, and highly recommended.

I’m really pleased with this product as no waiting around for the kettle, just boiling water when needed.

Well designed and made with thoughtful extra functions. Appreciate the variable temperature settings for the water dispenser for brewing teas and coffee at the optimum temperature. The microwave is great, very smart looking and solidly made. It's also a grill or a convection oven as well as a microwave with a spacious rectangular base area rather than a round turntable.

Great vacuum sealer, the bags are really thick as well, brilliant that the sealer can be charged rather than plugged in. This is going to save me a lot of money by keeping veg fresher for longer. After trying for the first time I came back and ordered more bags, I got a great discount as well.

Nice neat appliance. Does the job

Purchased the HW 770 hot water dispenser, during the 6th cup, less than 24 hours old, the unit started burning and stopped dispensing hot water. Contacted Caso customer service who sent a return label, and in the message it stated that once received a replacement would be sent within 14 DAYS. All emails questioning this 14 days were ignored. Eventually insisted on a refund and per consumer rights. Absolutely rubbish customer service

Great product. No more using silver foil or grease proof paper. Nothing sticks. Had a few baked on spills but they easily washed off without any effort. Well recommend.

The hot water dispenser works great.
The best feature is being able to run off just a few ml to 2.7l of hot water instead of having to heat a kettles worth.
The filters last longer than a well known brand used in water filters.
Extremely pleased user.

My purchase came the next day as promised.Despite me then feeling a little apprehensive,putting it together etc,it has proved to be excellent. As someone who used to boil the kettle I'm sure my energy costs are lower.

Arrived in good time but was faulty leaking hot water from underneath phoned for advice no one answered the calls I made so sent e mail slow to respond, I was told to print returns label send back for a refund find that strange they did not ask if I wanted a replacement so I have purchased a different model
