This is a super shop . Fabulous;our products and fairly priced . I ordered the rattan lounger on wheels on Monday and revived Wednesday just in time for heatwave. It was so easy to assemble and so comfortable. Made my day thank you

Delivery arrived quickly. Far too small
Delivery arrived quickly. Product is ok quality for the price. However the instructions were incorrect so had to disassemble in order to fit the lid arm. Very time consuming and annoying. Also the product is too small to hold regular seat cushions so I am not sure what this storage bench is designed to store

We’re sorry to hear the instructions caused confusion — that definitely shouldn't have happened, and we understand how frustrating and time-consuming it must have been to disassemble and reassemble it. We’ll be passing this on to the supplier to review and improve the instruction guide.
As for the size, the storage bench is designed for smaller items like garden tools, throws or scatter cushions, but we appreciate your comments and will take this on board for future product selections.

I had given a bas review by mistake, thinking it was another order that I haven't received yet.
Great buying this one, just a little delay from the date suggested, and a little damage in the package.

Appalling company to deal with
Appalling company to deal with. I placed an order on the 18th June. I’ve heard nothing since! I’ve sent them countless emails and phoned several times and left messages (an agent is NEVER available to speak to!!) and have heard nothing since g back. I’m now in the process of having my bank reverse the payment. Do NOT order from this company.
