Awful customer service stay away !!!
Ordered a bench from this crowd.
Plus: it arrived promptly
That's the only plus followed by an array of negative experiences.
-The boxes smell like someone had take a shit in it (no exaggerating)
-when trying to assemble the bench I found out they had sent me 4 left legs with it, making bench completely useless
-contacted customer support immediately with pictures and all. Tomorrow is gonna be a week without any meaningful communication only emails from help desk saying they have contacted the appropriate team and they will be back to me shortly but nothing after a week as I said!
I feel this company is borderline scam stay away from them!

Your initial email was received late on a Friday afternoon, after which our offices were closed for the weekend, and was replied to on the following Monday. We then reached out again on Tuesday to keep you updated, and once more yesterday (Thursday) to confirm that we had escalated your case and are following it up. At no stage have we ignored your correspondence.
We do ask for your understanding that some issues take time to fully resolve, but please be assured we work hard to bring matters to a conclusion for all our customers. We cannot accept your comments describing us as a “scam” — this is simply not true — and note that your remarks about the packaging smell were never raised with us in your emails and are not appropriate for a public forum.

We’re genuinely sorry that your order arrived later than expected. You placed it on Saturday 27th July, and while our aim is always to deliver within 7 business days, the August Bank Holiday unfortunately caused a delay with the couriers. While your order was processed on the Monday after the weekend and shipped the next day, couriers’ working hours over the Bank Holiday period are outside of our control.
We hope this gives you clarity for the short delay, and we appreciate your understanding.
