Customer Support Agent
Ordered 2 pair of shoes. 1 was shipped with USPS and the other with FEDEX. The USPS was supposed to be 2 day delivery but is still held up with USPS and has been 9 days since purchase date. I reached out to customer support and spoke with "Vincent Karl B" Today. USPS hasn't updated their status since the 3rd and just keep changing the status daily stating it is late. No updates on where or when. Trying to reach out for some help and to get to 2nd level support. The agent just disconnected me. He wasn't understanding and just simply didn't want to help.
I just wanted a solution since USPS has lost the package. For them to ship me another pair and when I end up getting the old pair to return them. Or simply refund me and let me reorder the same pair.
Nothing was given to me. Since USPS updates daily stating the same thing everyday for 6 days now that it is delayed and will arrive late. That since it updates daily that my 10 day window to file a claim gets pushed back everyday.
This system is flawed and I see why they have such bad reviews.
Customer support doesn't care, they state their services are lacking and disconnect with you when you don't just give in to "wait some more time" solutions..

I am having the worst experience ever shopping with them online. Package being delivered too wrong address and basically being treated like I did something wrong when it’s clear it was an error on their end .Definitely my last time
Atrocious Experience
The experience I had at Hibbett left me questioning the legitimacy of the company’s existence. The company should be shut down. The first thing the lady told me when I ordered was that this new stores phone does not work. (First red flag) I ordered sneakers for in-store delivery and never got any correspondence about them regarding shipping, arrival, or otherwise. What followed was a wild goose chase with several visits to the store where they had spent so long to try to refund me I had to leave and come back. It was as if none of the people had been trained to even give a person a refund, even with a receipt and the sneakers sitting right next to them. customer service left me with unanswered questions, generic response emails that lied about what they were doing to remedy the situation, and 3 weeks worth of phone calls just to end up back at the store to finally get a refund. I never leave reviews online and without a doubt this was the worst experience I’ve ever had to endure with a clothing store in my life. I’ll never step foot in one of their stores, and will forever tell anyone I know to never do business with them until the day I grow old. Then when I grow old, I’ll tell my grandchildren bedtime stories so they can pass the message on to the next generation. Terrible!

Spend your money elsewhere! I was charged $8.65 to have a larger size shirt ordered & sent to the store. 4 days later at the store, an Assoc. informed me my merchandise had not arrived; it was en-route so I couldn't get a refund. Another clerk stated it had arrived the day before, yet no email or call was made to me when the larger shirt arrived b/c an Assoc wrote down the incorrect number even tho the correct number was in their system. Very inadequate customer service! Also, store ph no listed on my receipt does not ring. Recommend refresher Customer Service for ALL associates, otherwise within a year or two, this store will close down due to poor customer service!

Awful Service, Experience
Hire people that want to show customers respect that are coming in the store knowingly going to spend close to $100 for a child's shoes! First of all we were NOT greeted had to go to the counter to ask for service, she had no clue how to measure the child's foot, told me 13 and she actually needed a 12, then sold me boys shoes after I asked if they were girls, she said yes! Manager and she both said yes, when I got home with them clearly said on tag in the shoe it was boys shoes!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now my grandchild likes them and I was clearly mislead and she wants to keep them! I am very upset that these ppl treated me with such disrespect, while they were flirting with one another and didn't have customers on their mind!!!!!!!!

received my package today
received my package today. When I picked it up I realized it was light. I opened the brown package box. When I pulled out the Nike box and opened it, there were NO shoes. I could not believe it. I Called to get my money back but you do not do replacements. So now I have to wait 5-7 business days to see if I can even get my money back. These were for my son for Christmas.

Please be aware, there are so many wrong things with this store, I really wonder about its legitimacy. First of all, they do not allow you to use multiple gift cards in one purchase, and the one gift card allowed to use, is regarded as a “curtesy”, or that’s what the customer service individual stated. How can that be if that is YOUR MONEY???? when you purchase their gift cards, they do not inform you of that. I signed up for their online account. Well, the 10% off first order they advertise…. that never got delivered. They do not have supervisors available, apparently because of their overwhelming amount of calls. If you really push it, they create a case for you and a supervisor will call you back at a later time. When he did call, he was absolutely of no help. Not only that he didn’t solve or help in any way with the issue, but whatever he said he will email me (the terms and conditions of their purchases), he did not send. If this is indeed a real store, I strongly believe it is a matter of time until will be buried in law suits and disappear for good.

I ordered a pair of shoes that are 80 percent white they send me a display shoe that is nowhere near the same color as the other one because its filthy i get ahold of them said this the 3rd time I've ordered from u guys and all 3 times had a problem she says nothing they can do i can just mail them back wait for them to eventually refund it and then reorder . I'll never reorder anything from them. And cant shop in the stores if i wanted to they have racist workers who tell people they don't like "white people" and yes i reported that she still works there!

This place is a joke. Customers BEWARE before purchasing anything from this place. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and one pair of shoes arrived USED. I have spent the week trying to reach out to customer service and asked for a supervisor to call me back on several occasions and till this day have not received a call back from any supervisor. Not only does this place send USED SHOES their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE & LACKS KNOWLEDGE. Forget it if you try to reach out to their CORPORATE OFFICE they are not able to help you nor do they know any information about any kind of return or exchange procedure, they just transfer your call back to customer service. What a waste of time & money. This place deserves a “ZERO” rating in my opinion. Don’t know how they are still in business. I will never place an order with this company, and will never refer anyone to them either.

So I ordered two pair of Jordans online. My total was about $300.. The one pair came the other pair never came. It told me that it was in pre-shipping for two weeks so when I called USPS it still said it was in pre-shipping so contact the person who sent it. I contacted Hibbett sports. Do you know what they offered to do they offered to give me a $10 card, so you mean to tell me that you guys can’t give me credit because you guys have somebody in your trifling office that stole the shoes! they did not offer to give me an in-store credit so that I can go in store and pick up it. They want me to wait seven days to get a credit back to my account. They didn’t offer to tell me where the shoes were located. They didn’t offer to do anything except give me a $10 card make it make sense. I will never purchase anything from Hibbett sports in my life. They suck.

Absolutely terrible experience. The employees are unprofessional, immature, and inept! The overall experience with this store (Waxahachie, TX location) has definitely caused me to never shop with a Hibbett Sports again. If you value your money, avoid this location and store altogether. I ordered shoes on August 16th. August 17th I got my confirmation. The number said my shoes were delivered August 10th in the wrong state. Didn’t make sense how my order was delivered before I even ordered it. They refused to give a refund because it had been delivered. Even with the additional fact they used the completely wrong address from the confirmed order.

I ordered a pair of patrick crocs and got them and the patrick charm was missing .I tried making a claim about something in my order was missing but u have to wait 3 days after u get it so I contacted costumer service on line andvthey told me they can't send me the charm I would gave to send the crocs back for a refund .I think it's really stupid they want to waste money sending g it back when a charm is easy to send out .I paid 70 dollars for these and im not sending g them back .I guess ill take the loss of not having a patrick charm on my croc .

Never order from hibbets buyer beware. 2nd time order never came after 3 months of waiting they don't want to issue refunds you'll wait months for a package to come then have to call and find out it's out of stock amd wait half a year to get a refund or might not get it because they might get the items back in stock
