I accidentally placed an order to ship to my old address. I contacted them multiple times chat/email etc. phone. Right after the order was placed and they would not help me even though the item had not shipped and I just placed the order. I have a business and it's very simple to reroute a package with fedex even after it's fulfilled. They would not do this and would not help worst customer service ever!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered shoes online for a birthday gift. Got the confirmation and money was taken from my account to purchase. Received an email at 4 a.m. Stating that my order was cancelled due to item not being in stock. Extremely frustrated! Also still waiting for the refund to be processed and appear in my bank account.
Nonexistent customer service
Hibbett has the most condescending and unhelpful customer service I have experienced in my life. They ship orders using a very barebones service (FedEx Ground), and refuse to help if something goes wrong with the shipment. They already have your money, so they don't care.
I placed an order on 5/22/24. It shipped quickly, and by 5/27 it had arrived at my local Fedex processing facility, with the status "scheduled for delivery next business day". The next business day came and went, the package status reverted to "scheduled for delivery next business day". Rinse and repeat for 3 days.
It was clear something was wrong, so I tried calling FedEx and they informed me that due to the shipping rate selected by the sender, I as the customer was not able to make any changes or investigate the shipment, and the shipper themselves would have to call in.
On 5/31, I called Hibbett to inform them of the situation and ask if they could call FedEx to investigate. I was immediately brushed off by an extremely condescending representative, who stated that because the package was getting scanned every day, there was nothing to be done but wait. She said that if 10 days passed with no activity, they would consider the package lost. I explained to her how FedEx was technically updating the package daily with this "next business day" status, so it was putting me in an indefinite loop. She literally said "that could happen for months, and we wouldn't consider it lost until there was 10 days without a status". A literally absurd policy.
I hung up, did some digging and found the phone number for the FedEx facility where the package was in purgatory. The person I spoke to said that had I not called, the package would have continued to be in limbo and not go out for delivery. Because I was able to find their number and call, I was able to receive my order but had I not done that, who knows if it would have ever arrived and Hibbett would have just had my money with no recourse on my end.

sent me a damaged shipment and denied a claim claiming that i use a freight forwarding address which is incorrect. fedex won’t allow me to file the claim myself because it was sent via smart post & hibbett is saying they won’t assist me in filing the claim. the shoe wasn’t even in stock in my size for a exchange but they just want me to return it. the representative marley i spoke to was polite, but her supervisor thomas came on the line hot with me after i asked my question politely, so i in turn absolutely raised my voice back because that was uncalled for. couldn’t even tell me HOW apparently my address is a freight forwarding address even though my apartment confirmed that this is indeed incorrect. will never buy a thing from hibbett after this experience and i genuinely hope they go out of business. they duck out of helping paying customers and people should be more aware of such practices. i’ve never had such a disappointing experience from a store.

Purchased slides on Friday which I wore…
Purchased slides on Friday which I wore for 90 minutes at home (inside only). Next day, I returned to store since I had a blister & bruising from slides. I was told I could not return or exchange these slides. Poor customer service and shocked that I couldn’t even exchange these expensive slides. Wrote to customer service, took pics of slides as per request and have heard nothing for almost 3 weeks!

If it were possible to rate Hibbett 0 stars I would. I have always given anyone a 2nd chance to win back my trust but again Hibbett has failed. I've had 3 orders to go missing that were never delivered but I had to realize that they were never delivered to contact the company for my money back. I was told that I have to wait an additional 10 days to receive my refund. How inconvenient is that!!!! To me that is considered false advertisement. If you don't have the item in stock to ship you shouldn't have it on your website. If all fails you should at least offer something more than someone's funds back for the inconvenience. Just order from the original sites everyone rather it be Nike, Adidas, etc.

Place a order for 2 pair of shoes
Place a order for 2 pair of shoes, Nike air max drifts(black and white $185) and Nike air Max 90's (phantom/sail/sanddrift $130). The Nike air max Drifts were supposed to be delivered in 2 days from a local store by Walmart go local, Doordash or point pickup, the Nike air max 90's were to be shipped. A week goes by, no Drifts but the 90's are delivered. Call customer service and was told they were at a store in Sumter, SC (over a hour away) and I had to wait a few more days to see if they got dropped off before they could refund(which would be another 3-5 days). Called back a couple days later, and was told by Lisa (supervisor) that they were now at a store that was less then 30 min away and to wait 2 days to see if they finally delivered before calling back for a refund. 2 days later, no shoes. Called, supposedly I'll be receiving a refund in 3-5 days. Never was I offered any kind of compensation for my experience. I'm out my money for weeks while hibbit had no problem taking my money. This is poor business. Just another company Who cares about the dollar and not their customers. Hopefully they'll be out of business soon.
Update: It's been about 5 days, and no refund. 2-3 days after I was promised a refund I received a email from (Johnathan customer service supervisor) that they were shipping the shoes by FedEx from AL (tracking would update in 24-48 hours) after I had already requested and was promised a refund. The shoes have yet to be dropped off to FedEx. I called again and requested to speak to a supervisor ( Funny that his name was Johnathan) And was told that I needed to wait Another seven days to see if fedex delivered the shoes before they would give me a refund. I asked to speak to someone higher up, they refused. I asked for my money back they refused. I have now had to go to my bank to open a case against Hibbett to get my money back that they stole. ASK YOURSELF, Does this sound like the kind of company that you wanna do business with.

Blanding and Wilson, Jacksonville, FL. Alivia is the rudest sales person I've ever experienced in retail. Employees fighting over who gets the sale and refused to take a pai of shoes back that were bought at 11 this morning and returned at 12:30 this afternoon due to the wrong size. Says they have dirt on them. No Ma'am! Told my son our house must be dirty. Very unprofessional. I have all day to give an honest review of their customer service 🙄. My son took them to 103rd location where they were refunded and that employee says, no dirt on the shoes. Will never shop at this location again. I suggest the owner review the video footage because these little girls have their boyfriend's hanging out at your store through their working hours. Hibbetts need to do better at vetting their employees. I would fire Alivia and the light skinned freckled girl due to their unprofessionalism. Fighting over sales is not okay. What happened to good customer service?

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Received them, and all of them appeared to be worn. Had scuff marks on them and dirt on the soles. Pen/ink on another. Called in and was told I would have to ship them all back for a full refund. Did not offer to exchange or provide any credits for a future order. When I originally placed my order and connected my account to Nike, I also received an expired coupon code. Agent on chat said I would have to contact the call center to use it. Also informed me that it can not be used on any orders with items that are already on sale on the website. Horrible experience. Likely never wasting my time shopping at Hibbett again.

We ordered two pairs of shoes and ended up receiving someone else's, who ordered a completely different pair.
Chat bot on the Customer Service Center page of their website does not work, so I called in. The rep was pleasant, but he issued us a return label that we had to print out, and then take the box to a UPS access point. Not very convenient.
A few days later they issued a return for only one pair and not the two pairs we ordered. I emailed them about this and after 2 days of waiting for a response, I called in again.
Again the rep was helpful, but after 10 minutes on the phone, she said she would have to open a case and that it will take at least 3 days for them to investigate.
5 stars for all the helpful people I had to contact to get this all straightened out, but 1 star for experience.
