This bot told me it should work but it couldn't help me. Id have to wait until customer service was open..which is after an hour and they will no longer cancel it.

I never write bad reviews but I have to. I'll never buy here again. I needed some gloves by the weekend for a playoff game and paid extra for 2 day shipping on Tuesday. I received 2 left hand gloves in 2 different sizes that were stapled to a hanger. I contacted them Thursday morning at 8am when they opened and asked them to reship me the correct item in 2 days again and was told I have to ship this back, wait 3 days for a refund and reorder and they can get it to me by next Thursday. Instead of making this right they thought it is a good idea to make a customer go to the post office to return garbage and drive around town to find gloves in time for a game. My advice is don't buy anything from here if you really need it, you can't trust them to deliver or make it right after they make a mistake.

I was promised my shoes by Monday, I called on Tuesday and the young lady that answered the phone was extremely rude! She wouldn't look to see if my shoes were even in the store! DO YOUR JOB!! if you don't like your job, find a new one!! I will be writing and calling corporate as well! I have a friend that ordered a pair of shoes, when she went to pick them up they were given to someone else! He husband was in the store and handed a shoe to the store employee and asked for that particular shoe when he opened the box, they weren't even the shoes he asked for! Absolutely ridiculous!! Unprofessional and very bad for business! The young lady that helped me in the store very pleasant and helpful! I thank her for all her help. (Really thin young lady with the really long eyelashes, and long braids) this store needs to do better!

They said no, they've been worn. I'm not taking them. In other case, online purchase, kid went to try on and too small. Refused to accept a return. Lost several customers today. Your customer service in the Jefferson City, MO store is nasty. Not accepting the return is one thing, being a hateful, rude, nasty person is another.

I went to Hibbetts in Palmhurst, TX, and let me tell you, the vibes were really nice. The atmosphere was calm and chill, and the customer service was amazing. My boy Juan was very patient with me and did exactly what I asked. He was nice, respectful, and patient—he truly did his job well. He honestly deserves a raise; he’s a great person.
If you’re looking to buy clothes, shoes, shirts—anything clothing-related—they’ve got it all here. I really liked it, especially since it was my first time going. I loved it. God bless.

I placed an order for cleats for my son, and when the product was received they were USED. The shoes were dirty and filled with dog hair. That is not good customer service. Only thing they wanted to do was say sorry in give me 20%off on my next order. Why would I give them more of my money to receive use product again.

The hibbett phone customer service reps on the phone are completely rude and obnoxious. Everytime you ask them a question its always an idk or we have limited access. Then when you wanna speak to a supervisor you always get there's no supervisors here now. They will have to call you back. Now if that's not terrible customer service then idk what is. Whats the point of dealing with customer service if you dont to do your job. Something has to be done about this. Cause in person dealing with customer service this type of stuff doesn't happen like this. Those phone reps need alot more customer service training.

The older hispanic lady with all the tattoos that works in this store has horrible customer service. I had a Door Dash order to pick up in here and after looking at the bags and not seeing any like the one that was in the picture for me to pick up for the customer, i walked to the checkout counter and she said "we can get the shoes for you, but we have bags everywhere you will have to get that on your own." Lol. After scanning two of the tags on the bags and neither being right, I just unassigned the order. I will NEVER go into that store again. If you hate your job that much, find a different one. I mean it was obvious that I didnt just come in there and ask for help right off the bat, i looked around the store first myself and only then tried to get help.

I was honestly a little nervous ordering after reading so many negative reviews, but my experience turned out great. I placed my order on Wednesday and received it by Sunday via FedEx, which was much faster than I expected. The item arrived in good condition and exactly as described. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the quick shipping and smooth delivery process. Definitely a positive experience for me!

I am absolutely livid with Hibbett and will be closing my account and no longer doing business with them.
My kids "love" Hibbett. And stand in long lines to purchase "New Drops." So, a few years ago, I opened a Hibbett account to shop for my kids, and purchase gift certificates for them.
This past Christmas, I purchased a gift certificate for all of my kids!!
On or about 2/11/26, one of my kids purchased a t-shirt from the Hibbett location on Rockwell in Oklahoma City. On 2/18/26, around 14:00, my daughter went to this location to exchange the shirt, only.
A black male employee asked if she had the receipt. She informed him, "no." He asked for her phone number to locate her Hibbett account. She told him that she didn't have a Hibbett account, but her girlfriend did, and asked him to look up her account. She stated that he immediately got an attitude, acting homophobic and like j-e-r-k, and refused to honor Hibbett's return policy.
My daughter called the customer service phone number for Hibbett. She spoke to a gentlemen that assured her that she may exchange her shirt, as a part of Hibbett's return policy. He asked to speak to the gentleman in the store. He refused to get on the phone, or to speak with his co-worker. And he told her to tell the gentleman from customer service to call someone from his office. Not following company policy can lead to a discrimination lawsuit. That's why policies are put in place.
As I was walking out, he smiled and said, "maybe you should consider making a Hibbett's account." And he giggled.
This is ghetto and unprofessional!! I'm appalled at the lack of management for this location!!! This is unacceptable.

I ordered online they send the item with the security tag still attached I call them and they say send it back but charges 18 to 20 dollars more,I'm very unhappy highly upset and disappointed of how this company went about trying to handle the situation of their mistake!!!! Had to give one star but it should def be zero ordered shoes on 24 jan package has been sitting at a hub for over a week no updates no movement ..told by FedEx contact shipper cause from what they see it's likely stolen...all hibbets could tell me was to keep waiting and ten days after the last scan I can file a claim which is insane I've already waiting 18 days on shoes that aren't coming?? The customer service and attitude I received behind money I spent was last straw ...
