First class provision of super fast…
First class provision of super fast fibre broadband . Been with Hey Broadband for above it three years and the service has been far more reliable than my previous supplier at a fraction of the cost plus faster speeds. I do have the odd issue with my landline but Hey Broadband always respond and fix the problem within a day or two.

Technical Support
I have spoken to Ashmit Baichen from technical support on multiple occasions over the past week and he has been an absolute star: he listened carefully and sympathetically to my problem, made practical suggestions, arranged an engineering visit to the house as soon as was physically practical. he also took the time to follow up the situation to see if the problem (which, as he was aware, may not have been a HeyBroadband issue at all) had been solved. Not only that, but he has always been patient and clear in his explanations to a very confused and stressed technological nul - many thanks!

Chris Bellott, done great job connecting us to the internet. The installation took place on a rainy morning, so it wasn’t necessary an easy task. He carried the installation professionally and communicated in as much as it was professional way but also friendly. I’m very thankful for his service and the job he’s done. It was certainly top notch one!!

Poor service
It has taken at least 5 phone calls with up to 40 minutes hanging on. Along the way we were told that the problem with the VoIP landline had been fixed only to find it wasn’t. We were then told that there wasn’t a problem with their service so we bought new phones only to find we still could not receive calls. It was finally fixed after after at least a week. It appears that this was probably caused by a migration of systems on the 18th of august.

We understand how disappointing it would have been to be told the issue was resolved, only to find you were still unable to receive calls, particularly after purchasing new phones.

I emailed hey broadband about my…
I emailed hey broadband about my internet dropping out and they got back to me within 24 hours and managed to speak to a person he was very helpful and would escalate my case which he did as i received an email confirming that he sad he would phone me again the next day which he did asked how things were told it seems to be dropping out in the mornings he then said he’d ch as nige my IP address and to keep a record from Monday to see when it drops out I find there customer service excellent and they get to the bottom of the problem thanks for all your help

I had an issue with VPN. The technical team understood, diagnosed and solved the problem in under an hour. Polite, Quick, proffesional. Also there was a follow up call to check if all was ok. great service.

Real people Real Service
Very few issues with my broadband supplier, HeyBroadband, but on the rare occasion there has been, two issues stand out.
Firstly, the ease of getting through and talking to a real person.
Secondly, their thoroughness in doing their utmost to resolve the issue.
Full marks to Basil today for restoring my WiFi connection and setting the wheels in motion for an engineer visit to investigate the intermittent power to my property.
