Rachel dealt with our mortgage application, treating us as human beings rather than customers seeking a product. She kept us informed and guided us through the process seamlessly, displaying excellent customer service throughout based on deep knowledge and expertise. The other team members were prompt and concise when they sent us emails which did not come across as written using AI, which I thought was a nice touch.

i have used Heron twice now, once for my mortgage and now for my renewal, i have found my Senior mortgage advisor Aidan communicating clear information, helpful and easy to understand without making things complicated.
