defective travel insurance website
unable to do travel insurance over the phone and directed to online website which was rubbish - could not move to stage 2 to get quote and so gave up. No clear instructions how to proceed on website

The company is great for sending nagging emails to a forgetful (caused by prescribed tablets) person to take action over renewal. I could easily have been driving without cover otherwise.

Very good service.
Getting the 'any updates' email was a good idea, even though I forgot to change one item! But when I got the quote I rang you to ask for the change and this was done straight away over the phone with a verbal confirmation of the new costs which I accepted, these were confirmed by email the same day with Close Brothers confirming the payment details the following day.

Accident experiance
Wife had an accident, car a write off. First class service, straight through to Insurance company, who were also Brill. All sorted and paid in a couple of weeks. Absolutely the best we have ever come across.
