Update: Customer service contacted me and reduced the shipping by half. Much more than fair. I'm happy with the product, the speed I got it and the price.

Heritage was great to work with
Heritage was great to work with. We ordered a part for a Rinnai hot water heater and Heritage did not have it in stock. It took almost a month for Rinnai to send the part to Heritage. However, Heritage was always willing to provide me an update and they sent the part out the same day it was finally received.

I ordered a compressor for a beer cooler 5 weeks ago and it is still being held up in Customs. I have already paid for this and now we may lose this account because you were the least expensive. I don't believe I'll be ordering from you again.
