I am not so happy with them...Ordered knifes , they shipped them to the Netherlands, i was to late with paying importduty and the customs send them back,had an emai lconversation with them and they shipped them with fedex again.... Great! This time Fedex claimt they could not let them in to my country and shipped them back again....I emaild them again willing to pay for all the extra shipping cost and gave them a adress in the States...... still no answer...

Order hasn’t been delivered. It’s almost 2 weeks over the due date. I believe the issue is with Fedex however I’ve sent multiple emails to knife merchant customer service with no reply.

Wide array of special kitchen/cooking goods including many hard to get specialty items. KM have held their prices while other stores are inflating to gouge unnecessarily. Price matching, excellent service, chef centric help & advice, free shipping with $50 min.

Had the product I needed, Product is good quality as I used the brand I bought for years in the meat industry,
