Reliable continuous operation and great customer service
Heart has provided a solid web hosting service at fair prices for my company for the last 20 or so years, and has provided helpful customer service support whenever I've needed to do or change anything beyond my limited knowledge. I've recently migrated my personal websites over from another provider, who, shall we say, was not of the same standard...

Recently migrated over to these guys and Fantastic support. Had a few teething issues Logging tickets on a Saturday I wasn’t expecting a reply until Monday/Tuesday however everything was resolved over a weekend which is fantastic service!

I have been with Heart Internet for many years and am delighted that their recent transition to an even more solid footing has only impacted their services positively. Recently, I had a perplexing technical problem, trying to match client needs with my lack of technical comprehension of this particular issue. As a website designer, this happens from time to time and, no matter how many years I've had servers, there is always something new that crops up... and this is why I've stayed with Heart Internet for the last 14 years. There is always a technician willing to go the extra mile to solve a problem and they have always found a solution that worked. Waqar Ahmed solved my recent dilemma with patience and understanding - Thank you for that, Waqar... but he is not alone - over the years, many questions have been answered and issues resolved by other members of the Heart's technical and sales staff - all in a professional and helpful way. Definitely recommend Heart Internet.

I had lost a serve I had for a long time. I needed Heart Internet to keep me going. I had thought a daunting task working with others on the internet and getting nowhere. And a reply quickly came with answers. I followed very good instructions and in no time the problem was solved. Alex was great at talking me through setting up my e mail account, which I had almost given up hope of ever achieving . Despite it taking numerous attempts due to my complete lack of IT ability, we got there in the end! Thanks Alex!

Heart are great, we've used them for years. They always respond quickly to any issues and represent really good value for money.
You get a real person and they are always very helpful, they communicate on "your level"
