Thanks for the feedback and I'll share with our team who works on the platform and if you would have time to write to my colleagues at patienthelp@healthengine.com.au and let them know the postcode and what you're experiencing, we can look into this. I did want to check and see if you knew about the My Care Team feature? There is a heart icon next to docs and healthcare providers and practices on the website and Healthengine app. When you select the heart, the docs will show up as part of My Care Team and it makes your healthcare team easy to find!

So Easy to Use
I am 79 years old. I am computer literate but using Health Engine on my phone is a snack. I can make appointments far easier than standing in a crowded surgery with everyone eavesdropping.
