Absolute Rubbish

Absolute Rubbish. Can’t create account, keep getting same error message and going around in circles. Remember reporting exact same problem 2 years ago, obvious waste of time as not fixed. Wasted an hour just now. Quicker to phone surgery direct. Totally DO NOT recommend.

Bad practices of Health Engine

I changed doctors & have been greatly annoyed by the constant texts & emails from this company. Before I went to this new practice I was using Hot Doc for my appointments without problems but since registering with the new practice I have been bombarded with unwanted texts & email from this company. I had contacted them to have my details removed but still get unwanted messages. Avoid at all costs

Hi Neil. Apologies for the delay in my response as there was a bug TrustPilot needed to fix so I could respond. I am sorry to hear about your experience. Practices use Healthengine and in some cases other technology vendors to engage with their patients. At times, they will also send communications separately themselves to new patients to the practice. I shared your feedback with the Healthengine support team and hope in the interim, you've connected with patienthelp@healthengine.com.au as they can look into this for you. You may also like to contact the practice to discuss your communication preferences.

It could have been a wonderful app only…

It could have been a wonderful app only if the booking appointments are actually being fulfilled.
My last 3 bookings were all cancelled because of errors in the booking information forwarded to the practice.

Pathetic app with all wrong info!!!

I've already sent an email to the support email address albeit I don't anticipate any response or a wise reply.

The app has been showing all the wrong info about the available bookings for over a few weeks. Previously, I thought there weren't any available bookings when I wanted a book an appointment early last month for my mom albeit when I saw the same thing even now while booking an appointment for my wife, I felt it can't be true at all. For instance, if you see the attached screenshot, Dr. Elena is showing available on Wednesdays and that too only telehealth which isn't true at all. I called the Supernova Medical Centre to verify this info and they have confirmed that's it completely wrong as she's available all days and the telehealth thing is also wrong. How pathetic and terrible the app is??? You've making people fool and they are getting tormented due to the horrendous app!!! Do you understand the severity of this critical issue??? How would anyone know that all the info is wrong in the app?? They keep thinking that there's no available appointment. Request you to please get this issue fixed on top priority!!!

I have never had an issue with booking…

I have never had an issue with booking via Healthengine until today. I booked an appointment at the doctors I’ve visited several times. The receptionist asked me if I was new. I said no, she asked me for my full name. She then told me not to use my preferred name (which I always use) but my full names as your system shows me as new and creates another file for me in their system even though I selected returning patient. Maybe include preferred name as well for personal details. Thanks

I made appointment for my bf with a male doctor and phone rang and the woman #doctor on the other line and during consultation she was laughing about the condition he’s got. Took 4 min on the phone and giving him info about what his got and when we search it the symptoms he’s got it not even close to what she was saying. Really? This is unprofessional and obviously not a doctor. We got rip off

Booking fail

booked a covid vaccination and drove an hour for the appointment, only to be told by the pharmacy that there'd been a mistake with the booking form, there was no vaccine available and I'd have to go on a waiting list.

A waste of time and money

Not only was the phone call 25 mins late but the doctor I had was of no use to me whatsoever.
I explained the symptoms I had, told him I had gotten progressively worse over the last few days and was told to wait a few more days to see how I was.
I was told he would not prescribe me anti -bioticsas as he couldn’t examine me so it begs the question what is the point of a Tele health appointment?
I paid $45 to waste my time.
It’s the first and last time I’ll do that.

Generally easy to use app but it asked…

Generally easy to use app but it asked to add Medicare card today again. The expiry date was to be entered as MM/YYYY but the / character didn’t come up automatically. I skipped entering Medicare and then I was able to book the appointment.
