Diet plan was extremely helpful in providing me with the right nutrition and guidance that I needed to achieve my weight loss goals. I was struggling with my weight ever since my second pregnancy, and it had been a constant challenge for me to shed those extra kilos. However, after coming across Healofy's Chief Dietician Dr. Srividhya, I felt reassured that I could finally achieve my weight loss goals.
Dr. Srividhya's personalised diet and workout plans were specifically tailored to my body type, dietary requirements, and lifestyle. This made it a lot easier for me to follow her recommendations, as they didn't seem too drastic or overwhelming. Initially, I found it challenging to manage my personal life and my weight loss plans, but Dr. Srividhya was always there to guide and motivate me when I needed it the most.
Her strict approach towards my weight loss journey was exactly what I needed to stay motivated and focused. She would give me regular feedback on my progress and was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. With her constant support and guidance, I have been able to maintain consistency in my workout schedule and follow my diet plans 70% of the time.
The first milestone of weight reduction was a big boost for me, and it gave me the confidence I needed to keep going. I went from 92kg to 88kg from October 2022 to April 2023 without any diet, but with the addition of a personalised diet plan, I've managed to lose even more weight and am currently at 83.3kg in June 2023. This has been possible because I followed Dr. Srividhya's advice and did things the right way.
Overall, my experience with Healofy Chief Dietician Dr. Srividhya has been extremely positive, and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to achieve their weight loss goals in a healthy and sustainable manner. Additionally, Healofy tea has been a great addition to my daily routine, providing me with the necessary nutrients and energy to keep me going throughout the day.

I have joined healofy at my 22nd week where I could feel little baby movements but the initial yoga class made me realise the real power of the movements and that made me regular to my morning Yoga section. It provides relaxation from my hectic schedules
The weekly nutrition section helps me gather more ideas, do’s and don’ts, myths and facts on the food you intake. It was really helpful And also each one’s daily diet journals can be shared and get assisted
Last but the most powerful Garbh Sanskar weekly sections will be mind blowing where one could really connect with her baby in her womb. That is a real feeling which every pregnant women would long for.
Story of The Hard Work That Paid Off
I have been an active participant in all the Healofy programs since my 4th Month of Pregnancy.
I have been actively doing the Yoga classes by Gayathri.
Gayathri have not only guided me for the yoga aasanas for 2nd Trimester also guided for the breathing exercises and meditation for connection with baby.
After 32 nd week (3rd Trimester) a new session for labor preparation have been conducted for the would be mommas to prepare for the D Day.
I have also been an active Participant for my Nutrition check with SriVidhya since I was on the margin of having Gestational Diabetes.
With hall the experience gained in this beautiful journey of pregnancy I would like to thank Gayathri (my Yoga expert) , SriVidya and Aanchal for taking patience and giving advice throughout the journey.
Finally on 4th of June 2023 I have delivered a cute little baby boy and it was a smooth normal delivery.
I could use all the breathing methods to calm myself down. I did the exercises in my hospital room till last minute before my delivery.
It’s a great experience with Healofy and I would recommend all would be Mommas to prepare themselves for the upcoming journey with Healofy.

Best prenatal class to join
I am a second time mom and knew importance of yoga and diet during pregnancy. This program helped alot as I got to connect with best yoga teachers. Seprate batches for each trimester and less number of students per batch is really good as we all get special attention.
Garbh sanskar classes helps to connect with the baby and gives a lot of new info. Diet session is my favourite as Shrividya has cleared many doubts and myths. Best class specially for first time to be moms

From your own health to the baby's health and growth everything is taught to you precisely by Srividya mam. And the best part is she is available on phone 24*7. I mean who does that, most classes will ha e 1-2 session one on one. But her you can ping her anytime you have any doubt.
The Garbhsansakar classes are also so helpful to let you understand all other critical things in your pregnancy.
