From bicycles and baby gear to furniture, children outgrow products quickly. Parents are left buying again and again, storing unused items, or discarding things that still have value. Over time, this becomes expensive, inconvenient, and wasteful. Gro Club exists to change that — without asking families to compromise on what they buy or how they use it. We introduced Smart Ownership to make ownership work better for families with growing kids. You buy new products like you normally would. When your child outgrows them, you have the option to upgrade to the next size or stage instead of starting from scratch. It’s a system designed around real life — flexible, practical, and built for how kids actually grow. Sustainability at Gro Club is built into the system, not pushed onto parents. Products that still have usable life are first used by institutions. Older products are carefully harvested for parts that support our service network, and only then are products regenerated and brought back into use. This ensures that every product and component delivers maximum value over time. Simply put, nothing goes to waste. Gro Club began with bicycles, but our vision has always been bigger. We’re building Smart Ownership across multiple categories that kids grow through — including car seats, strollers, bunk beds, and more — so families can enjoy buying what they need, knowing there’s a smarter option when it’s time to move on. In June 2024, we evolved from a subscription-based model to Smart Ownership to better reflect this philosophy: responsible choices shouldn’t feel restrictive or expensive. They should feel natural, accessible, and better designed. At its core, Gro Club is about making everyday parenting decisions easier — saving money, reducing clutter, and lowering waste — without guilt or sacrifice. Because sustainability doesn’t have to be complicated or costly. It just needs to make sense. Products looked great on website but ……

Products looked great on website.
But pre sales service is sub par . Contacted customer care for info on a baby stroller which was redirected to a bot chat on WhatsApp with no real solution for days . Replies from their official support mail are still pending after 48hours .The customer service agent on call has no real information on product ..website hangs too. Customer service and website development has been highly neglected creating more trust issues when you promise a future benefit programme.

Gro Club's after-sales service is very bad

Gro Club's after-sales service is very bad.

Their customer helpline number doesn't connect you to customer support agent easily. The agents would give false words that the bicycle would get repaired by tomorrow and keep delaying daily. They initially say that it would take 5-7 working days for the service.

It's their worthless words of "18-month warranty". But the customer would have to suffer for the service and keep contacting them daily and they would still keep delaying by saying it would get it done today, tomorrow.
