I had a fantastic experience shopping at Harvey Norman, thanks to Saji in the Home Electronics section.

On my first visit, I placed an order for all of my home appliances based on the initial advice I received. The following day, I met Saji, and he took the time to carefully review my entire order. He identified a few items that weren’t the best fit for my home and recommended better alternatives. Thanks to his knowledge and attention to detail, I ended up with appliances that were a perfect fit for my house.

When my dishwasher developed an issue and had to be returned, Saji also went above and beyond to support me. He made sure a replacement order was placed and guided me through the entire process, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Saji’s professionalism, product knowledge, and commitment to customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for home appliances at Harvey Norman. Thank you, Saji!

Delivery lads were fantastic, lovely guys! Unfortunately they were not given the full instructions from HN to assemble my elderly mother’s bed, so they delivered and left. This caused huge stress to my mam. Eventually HN sent someone to assemble the bed.

Guys arrived at promised time. They were polite and very efficient.

What pleasure to buy off Harvey Norman. Ben in the tv area was really really good and very informative on my selection of tv and made the process so easy for me. Loads of knowledge without blinding me by science. Thanks again team

Delivery man called me 10 mi s before arrival to make sure I was at home.

Click & collect was no hassle. Ben is swords was fantastic with all the information I needed about the new TV.

The delivery was grand - they phoned beforehand to make sure someone was there, they delivered when they said they would and they took the old oven away.

I placed an order online. I got notification that the order was ready for collection. I went to the store and waited in line at the counter as I had noticed a large Click and Collect sign above the counter. I also noticed that the item I was buying was on display at a nearby shelf and was actually more expensive in store than the price I paid online. When it was my turn to be served I was told that I would have to find someone on the shop floor because the staff member was a cashier. I approached a member of staff who efficiently dealt with getting me my order. I signed the invoice and asked if I needed to go back to the counter and was told no. When I went to exit the store the anti theft buzzer went off. A cashier at the counter was nearby and immediately resolved the issue and apologised. I don't usually complain but I just think the collection process needs to be improved.

Great service from start to finish. The lady we dealt with in Swords was absolutely fantastic to deal with, friendly and professional. The delivery was on time, and the two delivery men were so professional. I highly recommend dealing with Harvey Norman.

The click and collect service was extremely disappointing.
I followed all the instructions provided in the email to use the delivery to my car service. However, after arriving, I waited in my car for over 20 minutes with no assistance. I received no text message, email, or phone call update.
Eventually, I had no choice but to go inside the store and collect the item myself, which completely defeats the purpose of the service.
I raised this issue with more than one staff member, yet I did not receive any explanation or even an apology.
This experience was very frustrating and far below expectations.

Bought iphone17e for husbands 75th birthday Jake the assistant was extremely helpful and explained everything to us as this was a very big upgrade from my husbands old iPhone. The guys who also set up the phone were also very helpful and pleasant.

Click and collect doesn't work, bought a product in the email saying I'll receive another email when the product is ready to collect, after 4 days no email I decide go in person to the shop collect my product, staff say no read yet but let me see if have in stock lol, got my product when got home receive the email ready to collect, improve it guys

I clicked deliver to the car but I waited 40mins and my item was not brought out. I went inside myself as it was near shop closing time. I also did not receive my €100 gift voucher that was advertised when I purchased.

Seamless process from purchase to installation.
Ger and Stan delivered and installed my new fridge freezer this morning.
Both were so polite and professional and had the job done in less than an hour.
Took my old appliance away and all the packaging for recycling. It was a pleasure
dealing with them.

We've always gone to Harvey Norman and will continue to. They make it so easy and email your receipt for safe keeping. Like the way the people work in only 1 department which means we get to speak to someone knowledgeable about the thing we bought who can actually advise, a mattress.

Delivery window was 8 am to 6pm which is too wide in my opinion however I was lucky and got an 8am delivered and communication was good, only thing I wish is they'd take away the plastic from the mattress but otherwise super service.
