Excellent experience with Emma in Swords today buying a vacuum cleaner. Very knowledgeable about all the options. Helped us make the best choice for us, not just the most expensive one.

I had a fantastic experience with Harvey Norman Ireland. Delivery driver Stancely and his helper did a wonderful job bringing my new fridge safely into my home. They arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and were extremely friendly and professional throughout. Excellent customer service!

**How difficult can it be to deliver a few office chairs? Apparently, very difficult if you order from Harvey Norman.**

We are a business and ordered office chairs almost **four weeks ago**, having been promised delivery within **5–7 working days**.

Nearly four weeks later, we **still don't have the chairs we ordered**.

The saga so far:

- No meaningful way to speak to anyone about the order — everything is done by email and automated responses.
- After waiting almost three weeks, we were given a Saturday delivery, despite receiving **no proper notification that the delivery was coming that day**.
- The delivery eventually arrived on the following Monday.
- The driver spent much of the delivery complaining that he was exhausted, had a sore back and was running late for his next delivery.
- He then decided the boxes would be **left outside**.
- We opened one of the boxes — **WRONG CHAIRS.**
- The driver had already left.
- We immediately made a formal complaint.
- Since then: more emails, more waiting and more excuses.
- **And today, almost four weeks after ordering, we STILL don't have the chairs we actually paid for.**

This isn't a minor inconvenience. We are a business that ordered equipment based on a **5–7 working day delivery promise**. Instead, we've been left chasing Harvey Norman for weeks, with no clear answers and no resolution.

The most frustrating part is the lack of accountability. Nobody seems capable of simply saying: **"We've made a mistake, here's what we're going to do to fix it."**

Instead, it's email after email while the customer is left waiting.

I was dealing with Francis my husband watch stopped working. I explained my husband has terminal cancer was so respectful about insurance. I choose a watch with his help. There was a problem with display price. He went to his supervisor who was definitely not like Francis really Francis customer service skills above and beyond. Then lovely Lucy got involved went into manager and issue solved. Please i would be so grateful if you could complement Francis i did say to supervisor i hope Francis gets the commission. His answer was because what you did no commission has to go to manager i felt aughful. Please can you recognise Francis kindness i asked how long he worked there 3 weeks hang on to him good guy with good skills

Bought a new integrated washing machine from Harvey Normal in Airside Swords and was met with a gentleman, Sanjay, who was very helpful and gave us great information when deciding on a washing machine for our needs. Got it delivered and fitted by Ger & James who were very efficient, polite and neat, two of the best delivery personnel I've ever come across! All in all very professional service from sales right through to delivery! Even got a phone call from Sanjay after to check that everything was installed and fitted well - top class service!

So impressed with the member of staff Fiona ,who works at the photo centre in Harvey Norman.Fiona went above and beyond to help put together a beautiful birthday card for me as well as serving 5 other coustomers at the same time . No one was left waiting .Fiona did her job with professionalism and gentleness ,taking into consideration all who needed her attention .Well done Fiona and thank you

Liam was excellent to deal with in the Swords shop. He explained all options in detail and took his time to ensure we made the right choice. His customer service was excellent and he ensured that the customer came first.

Paul & Nathan were great. Good communication, on time and very efficient and professional.

I bought a product on September 12, 2026, with a scheduled pickup date of September 18, 2026. By September 20, I hadn't heard anything, so I called the store to clarify the timeline. The person who answered was rude and lacked information; he said there was nothing he could do and suggested I cancel the order. When I asked about the cancellation procedure, he simply hung up and wouldn't answer the phone again. Today, September 25, I went to the store and finally cancelled the order, as there was no estimated date for when the product would be available. It’s awful; they should just tell the truth—that they don't have the product—instead of leaving the customer in the dark. I could have bought it elsewhere if they had been honest. I’m never buying anything there again!

Jovan from start to finish was excellent made the process a great experience and explained everything very well

Extremely friendly and helpful staff from the sales team ensuring I got the product I was looking for to the professional delivery service who took great care to ensure the product I bought was in place with zero issue or damage. (And it was a tight squeeze)
