Avoid these time wasters
I was ignored by this company for months after ordering colour samples. The phone numbers rang out and emails were unanswered.
After months of silence, they then start sending spam about their inclusion on TrustPilot. Enjoy.

We truly cannot apologise enough for your experience when trying to order the free colour samples.
Whilst we may struggle to make up for the breakdown in experience that you went received, we can assure you that recently we have gone through a full process overhaul and now pro-actively manage all sample requests .... including following up with phone calls and an email to ensure that they arrive.
We truly apologise again, if there is anything that we can do to make up for the failing in our customer service back in February - please don't hesitate to contact us.

Colour sample woes…
I initially asked for some colour samples through their online portal. A week later after not receiving anything I phoned up to find out what was going on. They said they had sent them and would send out some more. Never received these. My partner rang to check that they held the right details for us (address etc) They had. They said they would send samples again and they would ring on the Friday to make sure we had got them. Still we never received them and also no phone call!!. By now I had run out of time and gambled on placing an order. The order arrived promptly. The doors were finished to a very high standard and were very well packaged. We are delighted with how the doors have fitted and has given a new lease of life to the Mother-In Law’s kitchen. To this day we still have not received the colour samples and it very nearly lost Happy doors a sale.

We completely understand how frustrating it must’ve been to chase them more than once, be assured they were coming, and still not receive them — especially after promises of a follow-up call that didn’t happen. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’re sorry you were left in that position.

Really pleased with my wardrobe doors…
Really pleased with my wardrobe doors and the customer service I received from happydoors! The doors and drawer fronts fit really well and were really easy to fit. I would definitely recommend this company, they were so helpful throughout my order and I wish I'd done this sooner!

I've placed two orders with Happy Doors…
I've place two orders with Happy Doors in the past. The first was a substantial order of 34 doors for a kitchen refurbishment which went great. The doors were dispatched and delivered within 2 weeks all to spec and fitted perfectly. The second most recent order was only for 6 doors again for a kitchen refurb and as before were received to spec, this time dispatched within 7 days of order. Overall please with Happy Doors though I think the website ordering system could be improved.
