Thanks for your review – we’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the quality and price of the doors.

We’re sorry the ordering process didn’t feel as transparent as it should have. While our prices and optional add-ons (like hinge cut-outs, handing, and custom sizing) are clearly listed, we appreciate that sometimes it’s not just about what information is there, but how it’s presented.

Just to clarify — on the ordering page, there is a guide you can click that explains how to check your hinge positions and determine door handing. We’ve also put together videos on our blog that walk through the process, step-by-step. That said, we hear you loud and clear: if that’s not obvious to customers, then it’s something we need to improve.

Off the back of feedback like yours, we’re adding a clearer link to call us directly if anything’s unclear — because sometimes, nothing beats a quick chat to get it sorted.

We’re really sorry to read this — and even more sorry that your experience fell so far below the standard you (and we) expect.

There’s no excuse for the delays, the lack of communication, or the fact that you had to keep chasing us. That’s not how we aim to operate, and it’s clear we let you down at every stage. A missing delivery, no tracking, unanswered calls, and a renovation pushed back by weeks — it's unacceptable, and we completely understand your frustration.

While we did try to put things right by remaking the order, we know that doesn't undo the inconvenience, the time lost, or the stress caused — especially with no proactive updates from us. We've since reviewed what went wrong, and as you may have seen from the positive reviews following your delivery in January, changes have been made. That doesn't help you now, but your experience has genuinely helped improve things for others, and we do thank you for that.

If you ever consider giving us another chance in the future, we’d welcome the opportunity to do things properly — but for now, we’re just very sorry we didn’t get it right when it mattered most.

We’re really pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of the product and the care taken with packaging. That’s something we work hard on, so it’s great to know it landed well.

That said, we're genuinely sorry for the initial factory error and for the delay that followed, especially after we’d set an expectation on the delivery date. While we're glad our manager was able to get the replacements into production quickly and keep you updated early on, we completely understand how frustrating that radio silence and extra wait must have been — particularly when you were working to keep a customer happy yourself.

We appreciate your patience and your professionalism throughout. While we’re glad the issue was eventually resolved, we agree — it should’ve been a smoother experience from start to finish. Your feedback has been noted and is already helping us tighten up our communication processes during production and delivery.
