My builders haven't yet been able to fit the wardrobe doors I ordered so I will review those at a later date but I have to say that they are so helpful. They made ordering from start to finish so easy.

Great service from my initial quote to my final order. Doors arrived well packed and clearly marked. The quality was excellent and all the finished dimensions were accurate.

The ordering process was simple to follow. The doors arrived a day earlier than estimated and are exactly as described.
We received an email a few days before explaining what we needed to do should there be any damage when delivered but this was not necessary in our case.

The details required to fill in the dimensions take time and require checking carefully. That done, the doors we ordered came bang on time carefully wrapped to protect them from damage in transit. Careful checking of the doors is required but all were fine.
The quality of the doors and the paint job were excellent. We are delighted with the result.

Doors are great and the service was excellent. Only gripe is that the handles were not supplied with fixing bolts. Not sure if they are meant to come with bolts or not as no one got back to me with an answer- luckily I was able to reuse. That was disappointing as in all other respects it was a great experience

The doors do not fit! I contacted 'customer service' and they say I gave them the wrong measurements. This makes no sense because there are no cupboards doors in my kitchen with the measurement they made and it is not a size on their drop-down menu of sizes so it would have had to be manually entered. They refuse to take them back or supply new ones in exchange. All they will agree to do is take 50% off the price if I order another set of doors. I don't intend to spend more money with this company...how can I even be sure if I agree to buy another set these ones will fit?? So now the doors they supplied are still in the packing box in my workshop awaiting my next trip to the recycling centre...a waste of GBP160 and a lot of my time

I have had a bad experience with this company. After placing an order and not hearing anything back for four weeks, I finally managed to get through to their customer support after trying multiple times over a few days.

I was then advise that the configuration I had ordered and paid for wasn't valid. This wouldn't have been a big issue if the company nad told me, but I only found out after waiting for four weeks when I contacted them to check on my order status.

I was then offered an alternative door configuration with expedited manufacture and shipping (four day turnaround), which I accepted. This then had to be revised again due to manufacturer limitations.

However, almost two weeks later I've had to ring up to chase again, only to be told that due to manufacturer issues, the expected dispatch date would be July 14th, 18 days after my revised order, and a full 8 weeks after my original order date of May 20th.

I understand that some things are outside of the company's control, but the communication from customer service has been very poor. They did not reach out to me with updates about the delay, or about the original configuration issue. I would not use this company again.

We ordered 8 wardrobe doors after we couldn't find the perfect colour from other retailers. Samples arrived next day and were an exact match to the end product. They arrived 2 weeks later, all the hinge holes were perfect and the style just as imagined.
Unfortunately one of the doors was damaged, and all of the packaging had damage. Clearly an issue with the courier. I immediately phoned happy-doors and they arranged a replacement door free of charge, delivered only 6 days after the complaint.
Frustratingly, this replacement arrived damaged even worse than before, again no fault of the manufacturer but the courier. At this point, we accepted a discount on the door for us to touch up the damage ourselves.
Whilst most would give 4 stars for being left with a damaged product, I can only praise happy-doors for listening to the problem and resolving to suit. Will be ordering again in the near future for other projects (hopefully they'll use a new courier by then!).

Very happy with the custom-sized drawer fronts for our new kitchen unit, they were exactly as specified, and a near-perfect match to the existing Howdens doors (who use a top-drawer 160mm height, compared to the euro-standard 140mm drawers).

I purchased a large number of doors a couple of years ago and I’ve been very pleased with them. Everything went well, no problems at all. But a company is best judged when things go wrong.

In April this year I contacted Happy Doors because the vinyl on one of the doors was coming away at the edge. I was told there’s a six year guarantee and that they’d look into it (I provided photos as requested).

I have not heard a thing since April 23rd, despite me following up a number of times and also saying I was willing to pay for a new door if they’d make the postage cost reasonable.

How difficult can it be? Bung one door in the post (it’s a small, standard size door by the way) and that’s the end of it - company reputation maintained, happy customer.

I purchased wardrobe doors and drawer fronts for a bespoke bedroom set. Absolutely love them, I wanted a handle less option and after looking online found the perfect style and colour. My joiner phone customer services and they were really helpful. I ordered online and they arrived in good time. Would definitely recommend.

A month later, still no delivery.
Many communications, many excuses for non delivery.
I would avoid.

From my initial enquiry on line supplying photos of our damaged doors and asking if they did the same door type and colour they promptly replied and provided a guide estimate and suggested sending me some colour swatches to compare to ours to make sure we ordered correctly, brilliant from the start.
The swatches arrived, free of charge, and compared as necessary. They also asked for measurements for the hinge fixings which i did and provided photos evidence again to support, once they had all of this information they adjusted the estimate and it was actually slightly cheaper...result.
Happily ordered and they arrived within 7 days, well packaged and protected.
Everything was perfect, colour and style matched perfectly.
Could not fault Happy Doors for everything they did, will happily use again.
