Was really easy ordering the doors on the website. Megan was great throughout the whole experience and offered help along the way to make sure i didnt miss anything.

They were very responsive to emails and calls and when a door needed replacing were very quick at getting the replacement out to me. Was really happy with the whole experience. Thank you all for your help. Loving my new kitchen.

We were really happy with the doors and the ordering process it was very straight forward. We ordered 18 kitchen doors and 3 drawer fronts they came within weeks and the quality was good . We did have a problem
One door came the wrong size but once phoned immediately a new door was ordered no questions asked . I would definitely recommend happy doors

After a bit of research, I decided to use Happy Doors for my replacement kitchen doors and drawer fronts. I’m so glad I did! I had originally built the kitchen cabinets myself, so none of the doors were a standard size. Nevertheless, Happy Doors got everything right, including the positions of the hinge holes. They were extremely helpful in assisting me to put my complicated order together. Items arrived well-packaged, and I’m impressed with the quality of their products. The new kitchen looks great, so I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I have waited in all day today for my order which did not arrive and I cannot contact anyone by phone so now what?

From initial contact enquiry through ordering until completion this company acted courteously and efficiently. Megan in particular helped with order placement and sizing advice, more importantly a minor hole drilling issue was resolved quickly after delivery of goods by making sure we had a replacement door asap. Would certainly recommend this company.

A truly good service. Good quality doors at a fraction of the price - we were quoted 85K for a new kitchen which we just could not afford so we went with happy doors and guess what - it was 7.5K... yes we made some compromises, yes we did not have two new cabinets added but all in all really great value. they are also extremely friendly to deal with and we got our local carpenter/DIY contact to install the doors and the island - install and doors for under 10K! thank you Happy Doors we will use you again.

Firstly I was told my doors were arriving on a particular day, so I had arranged time off work to accept the delivery as, at close to £800 worth of doors, they needed to be signed for. Then the courier sent me a text at 9:30am (whilst i was in work) saying they would be delivered that morning !?!
I immediately rang Happy Doors customer service and got through to Megan Cowley (who by the way is the only thing that was good about my experience with Happy Doors). She attempted to stop the delivery but could not get hold of the driver of their 3rd party delivery courier (we will come back to this). I said i was concerned that they would just leave them on the front or down the side of the house and it was raining so the MDF doors would get damp and swell ruining them as the packaging was unlikely to be waterproof. "She said they can't deliver if you are not is as they have to be signed for".
Anyway - I got home after work and to my shock their chosen courier had disregarded the instructions and dumped the doors down the side of the house! The packaging was in a shocking state, multiple holes right through it to the surface of the doors and only 1 of the 3 doors was not ruined.
I then had to take pictures and send them off to Happy Doors who agreed and said they would re-send and expedite the order so i didn't have to wait another 4 weeks (like i had the first time).
I suggested that, for the price of ther doors, it would be better to deliver them using their own vans, they presumably don't have any as they went back to the same lousy courier.
A few days later, I got an email off Megan to say they were coming in 2 days, I took a day off work (unpaid @over £150 cost to me) to receive them. The same guy arrived (he was on the ring doorbell from the first time so I had seen his face before) and started to unpack. I could immediately see that 2 of the 3 packages were again badly damaged right through to the door faces and that the plastic film over the doors was also damaged meaning it was highly likely the door below that was too - oh no not again! I asked him how they had gotten into this state again and if he would accept something delivered to him in this state and why he'd delivered them last time without me being in?
In his broken English he blamed his own warehouse people - he said "they didn't care about the packages". I asked him why he even let them put damaged packages onto his truck - he shrugged his shoulders. I signed for the doors as "damaged" and got back onto Happy Doors to let them know it had happened again. I was planning to cancel the order and get a refund as this was just getting ridiculous. God knows how they make any money if they have to keep re-supplying the doors. Then once I had done that I put them in the garage and did a detailed inspection to take pics. BY A MIRACLE the scuff in the plastic coating had not gone through the surface below it and the doors were actually intact. I got back onto Megan and gave her the good news.
Now this was not them doing a good job second time around. It was PURE LUCK. The packages were badly damaged and the plastic on the surface was ripped - by all rights, the doors should not have survived and I'd be having to wait another week and more importantly, TAKE ANOTHER UNPAID DAY OFF WORK.
For this reason, I will never use Happy Doors again, I can't be taking multiple unpaid days off because they can't get things delivered in one piece. They need to start using their own people to deliver their goods in my opinion, that way they would be in the hands of people who do care about the condition they arrive in. Megan Cowley was an absolute Star - I actually felt sorry for her as she was clearly surrounded by a sea of incompetence.
