Did not realise I had to sign for the package, which was inconvenient. Hamper box is slightly damaged with torn joints. Most of the items are a smaller than I expected. Can't comment on quality... Leggi di più

The hampers are great. The ordering process? Not so much.
I found no way of ordering hampers for different addresses, and in the end, I had to call them to sort it out. The staff were extremely helpful but the whole process took much longer than it should have.

There was an issue with the initial delivery company, but once contacted, you sorted this out without any further delay witgh a new company.
My parents received their hamper and were delighted.

As someone who is living abroad, I am quite dependent on flowers and hampers being delivered...so that my family know I care. So thank you for resolving the issues and making my parents' day.

Great customer service, great correspondence. Had started losing all hope of any company having these attributes still, but Hampers.com they've restored my faith. From now on I will only use them for sending gifts. Hamper food was lovely to, my Dad shared it with his neighbours on New Years Eve, he was the talk of the street with his posh food hamper! He loved it! 😀

Placed an order to send to a friend as a gift,wasn’t given any tracking info or any updates.
As the days got on I realised I had no updates and couldn’t track the order and was advised it had still not been received.
Contacted customer service and had to keep chasing as was advised id be updated via email or call and never was,in the end we decided to go for a refund.
It seems the couriers and the company don’t communicate as no one could give me an answer. Unfortunately I’ll now have to find somewhere else to get a hamper which is very delayed now.

I ordered the hamper a month ago to arrive to my family on Christmas Eve. The Hamper has never showed up.
The last update I was given was on Christmas Eve, that it would arrive the next working day, and I have had no updates since.
I have Emailed twice and had no response back. Extremely disappointed and I want a full refund.

I ordered a hamper for my daughter and was assured it would be delivered in time for Christmas on the 24th December. However, instead of delivery I got an email saying that it would be delivered after Christmas due to delivery issues. I was horrified to find that this company use Evri for deliveries! It was delivered on the 27th December. They asked me for a review, and have told me it will be reviewed internally! I note my review is not displayed on their website. I’m not at all impressed!

UPDATE:
The merchant has responded to my e-mails and has subsequently resolved my issues.
It was a shame that my initial order didn't go as smoothly as expected, but I am updating this review to acknowledge that the Customer Care team did take ownership of the issue and swiftly put things right, which was appreciated - credit where credit is due!

Ordered 2 hampers on the 20/12 and paid extra for named day delivery on the 23/12.
Received 1 hamper on the 22/12 but the other hamper is still yet to be delivered. Contacted the merchant on the 24/12 asking for an update and was told delivery of the missing hamper would now be made on the 29/12 due to "issues". I was also told that the DPD tracking would be updated to reflect this.
The 29/12 has now passed and unsurprisingly there was no delivery of my missing hamper. DPD tracking never updated to reflect this new date and DPD are stating they haven't received any parcel from the merchant.

Recipients loved the hamper I gifted them and customer service from Hampers.com itself is very good. The reason I’ve scored 4 out of 5 is because of issues with the courier company. I acknowledge it’s a busy time of year but frustrating all the same. Would order again though (perhaps earlier in December though :-)) - a great selection of hampers for all budgets.

UPDATED: Ordered on 13th December for a Christmas surprise for my family. The hamper never arrived; the courier eventually confirmed it was lost but Hampers.com initally ignoried a number of emails requesting a refund until I wrote this review.
That said, once they did reply, the customer service representative was very helpful and issued an immediate refund.
Overall, a disappointment but I am glad the matter was ultimately resolved.

Christmas present ordered well in advance of Christmas but did not arrive. Could not get a response or acknowledge of the issue for a week - however hampers did eventually get in touch, took responsibility and made genuine efforts to set things right which were very much appreciated

Ordered a Christmas hamper as a gift 10 days before Christmas, but it arrived 4 days after Christmas Day. I contacted customer services and they emailed back a few days later to say if I returned it they'd give me a refund, plus 20% of the order total as an apology. I returned it and they then said the 20% was a mistake - so they lied. Would not recommend using this company at all.
