Hambledon Staircases (Hambledon Bespoke Ltd)  Recensioni

Hambledon did our staircases to first and second floor in oak and glass. We had a couple of quotes from independents, Hambledon were very reasonable. An online quote made it easy by just supplying photos. Nick was really personable and engaging from the start. He explained everything, checked at each stage we were happy and nothing was quality of product and fitting is superb with an amazingly limited amount of damage to the existing area which Nick made good. The finished job looks and feels superb; it has massively changed and lightened up our hallway and landings. It was a pleasure to have Nick working here. Thanks so much for what you’ve done. I’d have no hesitation in recommending!

We are so pleased with our new stairs and under stairs storage, Nick does a fantastic job, great attention to detail, cleans as he goes and most importantly these days, is there when has says he will be and the job was completed on time, and at the price agreed. We could not be happier and would recommend to anyone. A++++++

Nick fitted a beautiful bespoke set of cupboards and book shelves underneath our staircase which he also renovated.
The work is outstanding - it fits perfectly and is beautifully painted. We couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hambledon Staircases.

Great job, completed on time, very neat and tidy, would highly recommend Hambledon

Thanks Nick for a very professional job in refurbishing our staircase. We appreciate the fact that you did the work absolutely on time with a minimum of mess and a great finish. It looks exactly as we hoped it would.

Nick fully explained the detail of the two separate pieces of work he did for us, he was extremely tidy and clearly a craftsman. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. We were delighted with the final products.

Great company and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Not only skilled in what they do and produce, but they are really pleasant to deal with and customer focussed. They respond promptly in their communications and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. We had to move the installation date at least three times due to other essential buildings works and they could not have been more helpful. Nick did the work during lock down and showed real consideration and professionalism at all times. He works tidily and clears up each day to leave the area clean and accessible. He has transformed our hallway into a smart and welcoming space. Thank you from Mal and Les Madell

Beautifully finished and good attention to detail. Nick was able to adapt to allow for problems in original house construction. Polite and friendly service whilst maintaining Covid-19 requirements. Thank you. We are delighted with the result.

Amazing work, stair case looks fantastic, thank you Nick

We had a lovely staircase renovation carried out by Nick in the summer of 2020. We were impressed throughout by the professionalism of Nick and Imogen and really appreciated the efforts they made to carry out our job whilst navigating Covid restrictions and the fact that we were not local to them. The quality of Nick's work is very good indeed and Imogen was most helpful in patiently answering all our queries.
We would definitely recommend Hambledon Staircases.

Excellent service from start to finish. No hesitation in recommending Hambledon.

Quality of workmanship and Nicks professionalism were fantastic. We are very happy with our stair. We would highly recommend Hambledon.

We are absolutely thrilled with our newly renovated staircase. From our initial contact to the completion of the work Nick has been a consummate professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our oak and glass staircase is beautifully made and looks stunning. We would recommend Hambledon Bespoke Ltd without hesitation.

Brilliant job from start to finish - every little detail sorted out and the finished staircase is beautiful. A pleasure to deal with.

An excellent personal service and quality product completed at a very competitive price

Excellent service throughout the entire process. Fantastic attention to details. Beautiful craftsmanship. Absolutely delighted with the results. Professional and friendly personality would have given Nick 6 star rating had it been available. Great care taken to adhere to COVID-19 regulations during installation.

If there were more stars I would have given more …

I can’t speak highly of Nick from Hambledon as he created such a beautiful staircase for us. His workmanship was second to none. I’m picky and I could find no fault with his workmanship nor choice of materials. Nick went above and beyond by replacing anything he was not happy with during the refurbishment. At no stage did he assume ‘it would be okay’ – it had to be right for him. At each opportunity Nick asked me my opinion to ensure rework was minimised and I, as the customer, was fully satisfied with each stage of the refurbishment. I am more than happy with the work and the final product. Fantastic job, thanks Nick!

Under stair storage fitted. Such a good job. Friendly yet professional. Clean and tidy. So well crafted.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Extremely happy with our oak and glass refurb.
