Hambledon Staircases (Hambledon Bespoke Ltd)  Recensioni

Our staircase renovation was excellent from start to finish - from the survey & quotation process through to completion of the work. Everything happened on time and with great attention to detail. It was a pleasure to throughout. We’re going back for more work under the stairs!

We have just used Hambledon Staircases to replace an old 50's style banister and understairs cupboard with a modern oak and glass banister and understair drawer unit, which we are delighted with.
We were extremely impressed with every stage of the process from initial enquiry, advice, and quotations through to the work itself.
This is an excellent run family business and Nick's craftsmanship is second to none.
Thoroughly recommended.

First class professional job completed to a high standard by a skilled craftsman .No issues whatsoever .

Ned and Imogen were a pleasure to deal with, from my initial enquiry to completion of our stairs. They were prompt in providing a quote and responding to queries.

Ahead of installation, Ned explained every step of the process in detail so I knew exactly what to expect and how long the work would take. On site, he was incredibly diligent and tidy. We are delighted with our new stairs.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with both Imogen and Nick, from start to finish. From the ease of the quote process through to installation. Nick clearly takes great pride in his workmanship, and was exceptionally tidy, cleaning up as he went. The end result is fantastic, I am really pleased. They both kept me well informed throughout the process and even managed to bring forward my installation date, which was convenient for both of us! Thank you for the great service. I won’t hesitate to recommend you to friends and family in the future.

We could not be more impressed with the work from Nick, and we are so happy with our new stairs. the work was fantastic and the attention to detail was stop on. I would not hesitate to recommend Hambledon Staircases to anyone who is looking.

A fabulous experience from beginning to end. Nick and Imogen are a personable, friendly couple who are very proud of the service they provide. Nick's work is beautifully crafted with great care and attention to detail given to the fitting of the stair case. I highly recommend Hambledon Staircases...I am only sorry that I had just the one staircase that required refurbishing!

Nick constructed a great under stairs storage area for our loft conversion. We are delighted with the result. Nick was pleasant, considerate and has great attention to detail and Imogen was responsive behind the scenes. Thoroughly recommend.

We wanted to replace the original 1960s open tread staircase which wasn't feeling very safe anymore. Nick & Imogen are a great team & from our initial enquiry to the finished product were fantastic throughout. Nick's talents are obvious when you see the completed oak & glass staircase with fantastic built in storage for shoes & coats. It has transformed the entrance hall if not the entire house. We couldn't be more pleased. Many thanks Rob, Rowan & Milly (the spaniel)

From the first contact with Imogen who supplied the quote to meeting Nick who came out to measure up and then install our under stairs cupboards, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we received. A very professional and friendly service and our new storage cupboards look fantastic. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Nick & Imogen were excellent, Imogen did the planning and measuring an Nick the building of our staircase and understairs storage.
Even though is was not they fault the glass which was cut wrong by the glaziers and Nick was very apologetic about it.

Their were a few minor changes to the understairs storage but Nick got it all sorted.

Overall I would recommend Hambledon Staircase for a excellent work and dedication to the job making sure everything was to our satisfaction.

We were extremely happy with what they done.

I would give them 100 stars for the fantastic job they done.

From the first contact with with Nick and his wife Imogen at Hambledon Staircases they were both so helpful. Very prompt replying with price and then after Nicks visit to discuss details all booked in.
Nicks eye for detail is a credit to him and during the time he spent working here very professional.
Always willing to explain to you any question you might have and always leaves the house clean and tidy after a days work.
Work is of the highest standard and would have him working in our house anytime.
The staircase is great. My wife and I are very pleased with it.

WOW! We have the most beautiful staircase made by Nick - A true craftsman of his trade. He worked very hard, he was tidy, considerate, reliable and hand made the exact staircase we had dreamed of including a beautiful cupboard door. He listened to our requests, asked our opinion of choices he could offer and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend Nick 100% and his prices are competitive with other local companies. Thanks very much Nick

Unbelievable quality of product and service from Nick and Imogen. Nothing was too much trouble for them from start to finish, even identifying a potential issue and delivering practical solutions. We would recommend Hambledon Staircases in an instant and thank them for their honesty and incredible service.

We are thrilled with the work Nick & Imogen did refurbishing our staircase. so professional from the first time they came to view our home. Would highly recommend them if you want a stunning staircase refurb!!!!

Where do I start? What an outstanding job! From the first contact Imogen and Nick were friendly and helpful. We couldn't see how to solve our slightly unusual staircase layout, just knew that we wanted oak and glass. We sent photographs and the quote and solution came back very quickly. Nick visited to explain what he intended to do and show us wood samples. Our grandson was intrigued with the sample box!
Appointments were made for the first and second visits and Nick arrived exactly when he said. I can only say he was a pleasure to have in the house, friendly and a tidy worker.
The second visit saw the glass panels installed and the entire job was wrapped up. We are so impressed with the final result and the standard of the workmanship.
Nick tidied and cleaned when finished - you wouldn't know he'd been there. We just cannot recommend Hambledon highly enough.

Excellent service, beautiful finish - exactly what we were looking for. Can't recommend highly enough!

Just had an oak staircase installed by Nick and Imogen (used to be a satined pine awful thing).
Nick did most of the work and was a delight to have in the house. He is a master craftsman and turned our tired and unattractive staircase into a thing of real beauty with oak balustrades, spindles and strings.
We also had the oak bottom step option.
It looks stunning and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The Country needs more people like this who produce such quality and are so delightful to work with.

Great communication and service. Friendly and high quality of workmanship. Would use again and recommend to others.
