Very reliable company,this company is very efficient from start to finish with the guidance of Mathews everything is smooth all the staff from scuffle holding, installer and electrician are very professional very systematic.All the documents are in place from the applications to G99 permit up to the actual installation is very good,the warranty is better than the other companies and unit itself is very good product very reliable,the company is not greedy unlike the other companies who selling things that you don’t needed,I don’t give any deposit they trust the customers and that’s why I like I recommend this company because now a day’s is only few companies stable like Halo renewables.

From start to finish halo have been professional and knowledgeable and I am extremely pleased with our system .
I had initially received quotes from other companies but once I spoke to Matthew and he explained the full workings of the system and the long term functionality i went with halo. They managed everything from DNO application to scaffold etc.
The work was carried out on time and to a very high standard,my son is an electrician and he was impressed with the tidiness of the install. I also knew I had a couple of broken tiles on my roof which I had been planning on fixing Thomas replaced these free of charge for me as I had the tiles
Great care was taken in the layout of our system. To avoid any shade issues and to make the system aesthetically look right.

Initial contact was brilliant from the Halo team, surveyor was round very quickly to talk about the system and answered all questions.

The only minor set back was the scaffolders turning up out of the blue which wasn't too much of an issue as they did not need access to inside the house. Then the engineer turned up out of the blue (earlier than agreed installation date) for the installation of the battery and converter again not a massive issue. Overall still a great company to go with and no issues with the set up.

The whole process from start to finish was simple and efficient. From an initial plan of what the system would look like, a competitive price (from my research), a couple of phone calls re questions I had which were all answered immediately to the installation which went well. Scaffolders turned up a few days before and completed the job with no problems, the fitters arrived and completed the job explaining what the system would do and how to get the most out of it. Everyone who worked for them was polite, smart and respectful of our property. The whole process was painless and went exactly as I was informed it would and Matt and the team were great communicators throughout. I will recommend halo renewables to friends and family.

Had a great conversation with Matthew who answered all my questions and then provided a very reasonable quote. The installation date was brought forward and the roofer was excellent. The battery was installed later and again the work was excellent. All up and working before the original install date. Would highly recommend Halo as cannot fault their work ethic. Thank you, guys.

Had a good experience with this company. I had 10x 450W panels and 10KW of Ecoflow PowerOcean installed.

The prices were competitive and in most cases I found for this specific setup, the cheapest or VERY close to being the cheapest.

I already knew from research what I wanted with the brand and the initial call wasn't pushy to anything else which is positive.

When installing the solar panels, the roofer cracked 2 of my tiles. Instead of ignoring the issue, as I would never have known. He told me he had cracked 2 and needed to go get some replacements. He came back the same day an hour later and replaced them, which is also really positive in admitting there was an issue that they would fix.

Battery installation wasn't an issue either. Was installed on the day and working straight away.

I would use this company again as the process was seamless with no issues. Had no issues getting in touch with them via email/phone over the few months either.

Couldn't resist the competitive quote from Matthew at Halo renewables. Went ahead with the suggested configuration and Installation is now complete and the system fully up and running. Very impressed with professional approach by all the teams throughout the process from start to end.

After I got a quote from Halo-R and few other experts in the market, I called back with more questions, Matt was cool and professional in his approach. We had discussions, and he carried me along as we made changes as I requested to the initial quote.
The company staff from the scaffolding, to the panel installer were friendly and professional, they were there on schedule and scaffolding was also removed within the week.
The electrician was experienced, he talked me through what he needed to do; the wiring, the machine setup was neat, and he cleaned up everything before he left.
I am impressed about the service I received, and I will be happy to recommend others to Halo-R

Halo Renewables really did a great job installing 18 solar panels with my Sigenergy Battery with a gateway.

Matts communication style seemed odd to me at first as a lot of conversations happened over WhatsApp. However he always did what he promised and Halo were able to move quickly with my install.

The solar panels were installed in one day and I then had Brad their electrician commission the system over two days. The install was very very neat, Brad really took his time to make any cables look presentable and even had to get extra cable to install the gateway where I wanted inside my garage.

The scaffolding went up the day before the install and was taken down the day after. I received my HIES insurance, MCS certificate, G99 approval email and warranty information the day after the install.

All staff at Halo were helpful at every stage. Tommy in the office was always able to answer my questions and always got back to me when he said he would.

I really cannot fault them and would certainly recommend them.

When it came to install they worked around me for work scaffolding up 3days before and gone a week after

They guys were great on install Tomaz was brilliant walked me through it all and was very quick and seamless

We had an insure with the inverter Matt and his team switched it out the next day no problem and was up and running

All in all Brilliant would definitely recommend

So it started with an honest conversation. I'd done my research into Sigenergy systems and liked the modular approach. Spoke to Matt who gave me an excellent quote and answered all of my questions. My install was completed on Friday (1/08) without any fuss, 26 x pv, 8Kwh battery x 2, inverter and smart gateway. A really neat and tidy install carried out by a great team. Nothing was to much trouble and I will be honest, i'm fussy and i like things to be neat and tidy and my expectations were well and truly met. I have no reservations in recommending Halo Renewables if you need a solar system supplied and installed

I chose Halo Renewables as they were one of two Octopus energy partners in my area. They responded first and provided a quote lower than the subsequent response from the other company. The other company then tried to quote lower, but my assessment was that Halo Renewables had provided a reasonable quote first time, and were therefore a good company to stay with. This was exhibited by the careful planning and execution of the installation. Their employees were polite and efficient and they have responded well to my queries. Thank you Halo Renewables.

Having researched many systems and installers, Matt and the team were easily the best choice to make. From sorting out the right system for me (20 x PV’s, 2 x 8 kW Sigen batteries, inverter and gateway) the price, survey and installation were all carried out with the upmost professionalism. Special shout out to the electrician Bradley who discussed and agreed every cable run, system mounting position with me and left everything neat and tidy. A very good experience with a well organised team and company.

One glitch with communication at the time of installation which put us on the back foot with the scaffolders.
Only let down was the scaffold provision who made us feel like we were there to please them and not a customer who needs a bit of respect!

A very straight forward process, good communication and on site team were great.

I had 16 panels installed with 16kwh worth of battery and inverter. 16 panels was a squeeze to get on my roof but they managed it. Great communication from the outset along with a really competitive price got me onboard. Installation was really good. The guys try not to disturb you or inconvenience you whilst they’re on the job. And they get it done surprisingly quick. A really harmless installation. Thoroughly recommend.

Had 16 panels and 10kw battery installed by Halo. It was a pleasant experience dealing with these guys, competitive quote from Matthew at the start, survey done swiftly, all the way through to completion of the job, there was no lost of communication at any point, my questions were always answered in timely manner. Everything happened as scheduled, the installation team and electricians were polite, friendly and extremely reliable. I couldn't fault them in any ways. Highly recommended.

I have just had my solar system installed by Halo Renewables.
My first contact was with Elizabeth who gave me excellent advice and was very pleasant.
The install team arrived on the due date, straight to work with my install. The install team were a great bunch of guys, they cleaned up as they went and removed all waste from site. The install included 18 solar panels over two roof faces, three batteries and a 6Kw inverter.
The system has just been commissioned and functioning perfectly. Halo are local to where I work, I was able to pop over to their office at any time during opening hours, I was made to feel really welcome and appreciated. The owner of the business has gone above any beyond in my opinion, even sending me a message out of hours regarding a question I had asked.
In my opinion Halo are a very professional business and I would have no hesitation id recommending them for the start of your solar journey.

Installed what they quoted for the price they quoted, on time and with no issues. Price was very competitive. Can’t ask for more really. System is working well, early days yet so not had to use any sort of after care but would happily recommend so far.
