The wine is good
The wine is good - It was just a delivery issue where I had tried to have the order delivered to my work address and it defaulted back to a home address. I contacted them to change it which they thought they had and then DPD tried to deliver to wrong address and then dropped wine off at PO for collection which was inconvenient.
Collected and delivery charge refunded as a gesture of goodwill.

I would have give 5 stars but for there was no mention that I seen, on prices excluding VAT, both on wine and shipping.

As a first time user of Great Wines Direct, I was pleasantly surprised how easy their website was to use and I was delighted not only with the efficiency of delivery (Ordered on Sunday and received on Tuesday), but that the protective packaging worked perfectly!
