The overall service was excellent.
They are the only company that we have found that stock the wine we particularly like.
Delivery was exactly as was stated.
Packaging was superb, the wine was very safe.
This is the second time we have ordered from this company and would highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about Waterside Wines. I ordered a case of wine but they only had 5 in stock. I had call from Andrew on a Saturday letting me know the only had 5 bottles of the wine I ordered. He recommend a similar wine as a replacement. I received the wine on the following Monday. Great Service and the wine was exactly what I wanted and more. If your looking wonder wines and customer service, waterside wines is the place!

Great experience. Andrew called within an hour of ordering to explain the order would be one bottle short. He popped another Malbec in there to make 12 bottles. Securely packed and great wine. Thanks.
