Delivered when promised. Both the agent I spoke to and the one who delivered the scooter were friendly and helpful. The scooter is fantastic, I bought the same model as my old one so that it fit my car hoist, I didn’t realise how worn out my old one was until I used the new one. It is a smooth, quiet ride and seems quicker than the old one. All in all, excellent product and excellent service. Thank you

It came, the man brought it in for us. It was easy for relitave to put together. Works fine.

Great service. Ordered on line at 4.00pm and arrived 10.00am the next day. Well packaged and easy to follow instructions.
Fits nicely in the boot of the car and the components are easy to disassemble and assemble.
Still yet to go on long journey to test the battery.
Fantastic price compared to our local supplier!

Unfortunately wasn’t able to get around as far as I wanted to go and have no trust in my scooter so unable to use it.

wE ORDERED THE SCOOTER ON SATURDAY AND IT WAS DELIVERED AS PROMISED ON TUESDAY

Frankly I'm disappointed. I placed my order for a spare scooter key on a Monday morning and have only just received it on the Friday morning of the week after - so 12 days. When I queried progress after a week of waiting I was advised my order had been "posted out weds/thurs last week". Seemed a bit vague and rather slow for something that I assume was just picked off the shelf. Anyway it's here at last.

Best customer service I have had. A few small issues to get sorted thought here we go again!!

Only complaint was I was told it was arriving Saturday, stayed in all day, couldn't get anyone on phone so stayed in all day Sunday. Finally got hold of someone on Monday who said it was coming Monday. It did. Apart from that very happy with my new scooter and the service.

I found this company to be very helpful when the mobility scooter I wanted was out of stock. I was helped with information about other models and prices similar. I’m very pleased with the speed of delivery and the scooter is great.

I wanted an electric wheelchair , and Scott was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I got my wheelchair the next day ! That’s what I call great service.

After researching a boot mobility scooter for my wife at a fair price I came across Great British Mobility. I cannot speaking more highly of how great my experience was dealing with the company. Firstly they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable but also I felt confident I was dealing with the right people for the purchase. After the purchase they also called me back to check with me to see how I was getting on and if there were any problems. Couldn't wish for better service and thank you for making the purchase and buying experience so easy.

Two weeks ago I phoned Great British Mobility to ask if my scooter could be looked at as it was making a terrible noise, I received a call on Wednesday (2nd Feb) to say that somebody would be with me the next day (3rd Feb). They arrived on time and repaired my scooter for me. The service has been excellent from start to finish, couldn’t be happier.
