Unreliable-scammy company.
Why did I even considered giving this compnay another chance?
I ordered two boxes of wine, never received it. Contacted UPS who did not take a picture and the signature is not me (or anyone who lives here or in the neighborhood).
Contacted Gratsi and spent 25 minutes on a chat only for them to inform me to contact UPS.
I have screen shots to show the communication as well.
Never again!
I have already shared my negative experiences with this company and will continue.
Meanwhile, organic no sugar or additive wine companies are a dime a dozen, plenty of competition; they’ll lose.

If a package shows as delivered but cannot be located, especially when the signature doesn’t appear to match anyone associated with the household, we understand why that would raise concerns.
That said, some of the experience you described doesn’t align with our normal process, which is why we’d genuinely like the opportunity to take another look. Our goal is never to leave customers stuck handling a lost package on their own. When delivery issues arise, our team works to help find a resolution, whether that means investigating further or determining the best next steps.
We did request additional information so we could better review what happened, but it looks like we may have missed each other along the way. I was referred to Gratsi by a dear friend who also happens to be a wine lover. My wine arrived really quickly, but even more impressive than that is the customer service! I had some questions about delivery, and then about their referral program - let me tell you, they responded so fast my head is spinning! I can’t stop smiling!!

Great red wine if it's drinkable
I really liked the red wine and it was my go-to for over a year. However, 1 out of every 3 boxes I bought were bad. The bad boxes were very dark red in color and musty. Completely undrinkable. I kept trying a few more times and still 1 out of 3 would be bad. Needless to say I have stopped buying it only to waste money. I purchased these in liquor stores so I do not have any reviews of customer service but I have to believe I am not the only one that has had a bad box.
