Not really luxury is it?
I enquired about a custom engraving on the item. I was then told via e-mail that the customization would come with a USD 100 surcharge although the website stated it would be free. This was then fixed and the customization went through. The product in it self is of a much lower quality than expected, particularly: 1) Very thick and bulky 2) Marble is coated with what feels like really poor plastic 3) The plastic is extremely hard to keep clean, so it always looks smudgy 4) The 3D logo on the back makes it really hard to clean 5) The engraving (my name) looks really sharp from some angles, but really smudgy from other 6) There is almost no texture in the marble used, so its basically just an almost black cover 7) It is a very slippery cover, so hold on tight!
Best experience? The packaging for sure, that was really luxurious!
