The product packaging and the product itself speaks luxurious. However when it comes to there’s a problem with the product itself, the customer service is not there. They simply just providing their so called “solution” by saying that product has been discontinued and no further help could be provided besides getting a new order from them. Very disappointed as it’s such an expensive piece of watch case and I only wore for 1-2 times and now nowhere to be fixed? I felt like it’s such a waste. Highly not recommended unless you have extra cash to splurge. Please note that I’ve actually contacted GC before I posted this review because I don’t get any satisfaction response which I don’t think I want to further continue with no good outcome.

C’est vrai que le prix est là (800€) mais c’est un produit de luxe .
L’écrin qui renferme le boîtier est un bijou.
Commandé le samedi , expédié de Suède le lundi matin et reçu à 14h le mardi .

This is the most expensive Apple Watch case you’ll ever find and worth every penny by any measure!! The design, the craftsmanship, the customer service experience and shipping. They exceeded every expectation. The RST design resembles a Richard Mille watch, a beautiful luxury brand. The workmanship is flawless, as good as I gets. I emailed a question before ordering and got a callback a short time later from a very knowledgeable rep who answered every question and made some suggestions for expediting my order. I received the watch in the united states less than a week later. There was a modest duty fee which was paid while the case was in transit.

The instructions were very clear, spare screws were provided, but not used as I was careful when tightening the screws. The elastic insert insures the watch is protected within the perfectly fitting case.

I couldn’t be happier.

Product is more than amazing looks so luxurious and authentic, order came in no time, call center was so helpful in helping me choosing the right color for me, am really amazed on how it looks like i was not convinced with Apple watch only after i saw golden concept covers 😍

I was very pleased with the phone case a received from Golden concept and put it on my phone right away. I didn't notice until a few days later that there was a crack on one of the corners of the case. I emailed customer service and explained the problem. After sending pictures of the defect, I was told another case would be sent to me. It's on it's way now. I couldn't be more pleased with Golden Concepts customer service and the promptness of their responses. I will be ordering more products from this company.

I wasn't quiet sure what to expect from a product which is more expensive than the Apple watch itself. But after receiving the watch enclosure I really have to tell you that it is amazing. The production quality is very good and if you see the internals and how they figured out how to get the Apple Watch into the case, it is just one of a kind. Yes this thing is expensive. Mine was at about 750USD with shipping and so on. But you get a Watch Case which is one of a kind out there and it's the first time I feel like this is a watch and not a computer on my arm.

negative points: only the screw driver is crappy as hell. The packaging and the details are perfectly done and I', really happy that I decided to buy it. Took me several weeks to get over the price point and just buy it.

The quality is amazing, I ordered a case to check the finishing, I was worried it would only be in the images. After receiving the case I ordered two more. My Apple Watch now looks like a Richard Miller , you wouldn’t even know it is an Apple Watch. On top of that the customer service was great, I called to fix an issue I was facing and the operator solved my problem in 5 minutes.

I bought the SP44 Black Case and had to wait for it for 2 months.The wait was worthwhile as it looks & feel's like a branded watch.You cannot tell its a Apple watch (looks more like an AP or Hublot)

I ordered myself a gold case for Apple Watch and my expectations were met 10 out of 10! The smartwatch began to look great, like a chic classic smartwatch :) and it attracts the eyes of others! Then I ordered a limited version of the Apple Watch case for my wife and sunglasses for myself! Golden Concept products are of excellent quality and design, I'm sure not my last purchases in this company! The quality also justifies the price of the products!

Really bad product, I ordered a metal engraved iPhone case and when it arrived it looked cheap. The quality is really bad, I tried to take care of it and not put it with keys or anything that could scratch it but it ended up FULL of scratches. And two days ago my phone fell one time, the glass on the back is now broken. So the case protected nothing. + the case is SUPER difficult to remove, I have to change my SIM sometimes and it's not practical at all.

To summarize, I'd say that it is a really bad product which isn't worth its price at all.

They are just made by a dozen of worker for Chinese replica watches. they are cheap and ugly. don't trust the picture from their official website. it's heavy and stupid. uncomfortable.
