I got the new ultra 2 and i bought the black case
It kept opening on my wrist and sometimes falling
It was broken i sent a video to the customer care and immediately they shipped a new one

Golden concept is truly amazing me the customer service is amazing the tracking and information sharing is speechless they are super friendly and really nice I had a logistics issue and they solved it and I have had 6 orders with them and so glad I ended up purchasing from them.
They have so many items well made and Iam really hopeful I can get my dream watch band the 49mm white daytona its currently expensive but I hope to buy it someday for my birthday and its on my wish list :) I love you guys and god bless you guys and keep rocking

I’ve bought quite a few items at one go few weeks back. Everything was awesome, as seen on their website or Facebook posts. I’ve bought an Apple Watch Amber Rose watch case, spare watch straps, the Golden Dragon IPhone 16 Max Pro magnetic back piece. Everything was great, then I realized there is an issue with the Dragon logo on the IPhone back piece. I sent Golden Concept a video clip on the issue. The 3D golden dragon logo was kind of loose. So I asked for advice from Golden Concept. None other than a couple of texts via WhatsApp, Golden Concept generously offered to send me a new one. Am really glad of the after sale service from them. All I can say, this is how a big brand respond. Cheers to Golden Concept! I’m sure to build my loyalty with the brand. Thank you, and may your business prosper!
