All I had to do for my return trip was to text "return" and my ride was there in 10 minutes. The car was clean, the driver was a safe driver and I made it safely ro and from my medical appointment.

A good beginning, but I guess everyone is different.
The drivers who worked with me before were courteous, patient, kind, and helpful. But one of the drivers yesterday, who drove a black Lexus, got very short with me when I rested one of my canes against the side of his car while I was trying to get in. The other driver was also brusque, and seemed to be in an impatient hurry, even though he did wait until I got to his car.

If there is ever an issue with a driver, the best thing to do is contact us as soon as possible so we can review what happened. We can also make sure you are unmatched from a particular driver so you are not paired with that person again.

I liked the driver
I liked the driver. She was quick to get to us and very kind and friendly. However I did not agree to be a member of the service, Go Go Grandparent. I was to be reimbursed immediately!!!. My Account was hit twice.

We were able to locate the account and can see that the registration was completed online, where the membership plan and payment information were selected as part of the signup process. We also see that the service was recently used for two rides.
We’ve submitted a request for a supervisor to contact you directly so we can review the charges and address any concerns you still have. If the supervisor is unable to reach you, they will leave a voicemail. You can then call us back and request to speak with a supervisor regarding your account.

You have a great employee Shai. She helped set up the account and explained everything well. I was arranging transportation for my 89-year-old Sister, who needed to get to a doctor appointment the very next morning. I preferred female drivers and miraculously female drivers showed up in very nice cars and took my sister and her caregiver to the appointment, and back to where she lives in the assisted living facility.

There are issues on charges on my account. I was using the chat but that chat is awful!! I submitted all the information needed and the chat has ended on me every time I enter something. So basically nothing has been answered. I can’t find a number to call.

Fare was more than the estimate.
I reserved a ride on Uber and was told by the phone representative that I would pay $47 to $49. Instead I was charged $69. No warning that I could pay more than the estimate. I was not happy to get the higher price.

We’re very sorry for the frustration and surprise caused by seeing a final charge that was significantly higher than the estimate you were given.
We reviewed the ride details and found that the original estimate was based on a trip expected to take roughly 15–18 minutes. Due to traffic, the actual trip took more than 30 minutes.
Because the ride cost is calculated using both distance and time, the longer travel time increased the final fare. We understand how upsetting that can be when you were expecting the ride to stay much closer to the estimate provided at booking.
We also apologize that it was not made clearer that the quoted amount was an estimate and that traffic or other delays could cause the final fare to change.

Taking advantage of older people
Everything went wrong. I tried it once and decided it was a not professional business but a scam. I was right. If I want to cancel I have to pay $21. There seems to be no way around it. Wish I could cause them the hurt they inflected on me. Hope someone with authority would read this and investigate them. Then again they are probably part of the scam.
