BOTH DRIVER'S WERE GREAT BERY FRIENDLY CLEAN CARS.
MY ISSUE IS THE COST I OBVIOUSLY MISUNDERSTOOD . THE WAY EXPLAINED AND I ASKED FIR REPEAT I BELIEVED COST WAS $23 OR $25.
DOUBTFUL I'LL USE AGAIN. I AM 79 AND ONLY HAVE MY SOCIAL SECURITY. THIS HAS REALLY PUT ME FINANCIALLY IN VERY VERY BAD SITUATION FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH

We’re glad to hear both drivers were friendly and that the vehicles were clean, but we’re sorry the cost was not as clear as it should have been. We understand how upsetting that can be when you are living on a fixed income and were expecting a much lower total.
We’ve requested that a supervisor call you directly to review the charges and what was explained when the service was set up. If they are unable to reach you, they will leave a voicemail so you can call us back and ask to speak with a supervisor.
Your account remains open at this time. We also want to mention that some local Offices on Aging and other community partners may offer transportation subsidies for older adults in certain areas, so it may be worth checking with your local office to see whether assistance is available.
Your membership also includes access to support beyond transportation, including grocery and meal delivery assistance, medication pickup, special requests, home services, and weekly fitness classes.
