I love the way your company is so considerate to your customers! You contact us that a ride is scheduled for the next day, then you contact us and tell us a driver is being called, then a reminder to go outside to wait for the driver and how many minutes it will take them to arrive and finally a call to tell us the first name of your driver, what kind of vehicle and color they are driving and the last 3 digits of the driver’s license plate number! Our safety is of utmost importance to your company. Your company does an amazing job!

My wife and I traveled to Virginia this…
My wife and I traveled to Virginia this past July to visit family and enjoy some of the beautiful places in and around Orange, VA. One thing that helped us was Go Go Grandparents ride service as our Amtrak station in nearby Culpeper is about thirty minutes away from our destination. Go Go saved the day by sending us a driver to the train station and getting us to Orange in just under 45 minutes. We found the driver to be pleasant and friendly. We’d recommend this transportation service to others not familiar with the variety of transportation services options out there. Thanks to Go Go Grandparents! Two thumbs Up! Chris & Kathy Galvin, from N.E. Texas.

First time user…
Other than the first confusion about calling the driver, everything was good. Part of the problem was my not having a hearing aide

My experience was simply great
My experience was simply great - I didn't have to worry about signing into the Lyft so to get a ride - (such a hassle to do) Both drivers were good drivers, but the lady driver on my return trip was very friendly and personable - I really enjoyed my ride home!! Keep doing what you do Best! Oh yeah, can't forget the lady who signed me up initially was quite friendly and helpful - which I found to be just on target!!

Thank you, GoGoGrandparent
My appointment at the beauty shop is 3:30 pm on Friday. The driver is usually here at 3:00 pm or soon after. I arrive on time. I am now using a foldable walker. The driver folds the walker and puts it in the trunk. I appreciate this help.

Just getting a ride to work that…
Just getting a ride to work that morning was a feat. Although I was told it would be 20 minutes. It took an hour to get there as more than one driver dropped and they had to find a new one. That happened about 3 of the 5 times I used the service. Most everyone was very nice.. I'm grateful to get from point A to point B. Thank you. Vicki
