I bought a sterling 700 mobility scooter having read it was a comfortable ride with all round suspension which I need having a crumbling spine and all over arthritis. The scooter arrived It has a rock hard unhiving seat. It has next to no suspension at the front making going up and down ramped kerbs painful and jolting your whole body. The steering was incredibly loose, they're saying it isnt. Theyre accusing me of denting the front bumper which I didn't. They complained it was dirty on return. Its been raining so muddy and leaves are falling everywhere. There are puddles on potholed roads and pavements. I'm 73 and mobility disabled so I couldn't clean it before returning it. The couriers, Proovia, were scruffy looking foreigners who couldn't speak English or understand it delivering and collecting the scooter. They had no means of lifting or lowering the scooter it was done by hand. One of the couriers rode the scooter into me quite fast as he didn't know what he was doing and didn't understand what I was telling him.on 5yeirxsite it states a charge may be made for returns. It doesn't state what that charge is. It turns out its £190. Other mobility businesses do not charge anywhere near that. They are deducting that £190 from my purchase refund. I did not dent the scooter and I think that the deduction of £190 is completely wrong. Consumer advice agreed with me. Be aware of GMS abysmal service. I expect a response from them to be full of lies especially if its from Joel.

Well, what can I say? Both Joel and Jeremy provided exceptional help and patience. The banter was excellent.

This was a six-star visit, Five for meeting my every expectation, and a sixth for the banter, good humour, and dog care they provided, which included cuddles, watering, playing, and a scooter ride for my cockapoo - not to mention the Ramp thrown in at an extremely reasonable price.
What lovely, honest, knowledgeable and helpful people. This was not a sales pitch. They simply answered my questions and offered me the benefit of their experience. I ended up buying a Quingo Toura2, - nine years in a garage, less than a mile on the clock, and a fraction of the price of a new one.
For products that may go wrong, such as cars, computers and phones, I normally seek the safety of a manufacturer's main dealership network. But in GMS Mobility I'm confident they'll do their level best to sort me out and fix my Scooter - if necessary collecting it from my home over two hours away. But I don't expect anything to go wrong for two reasons: Quingo scooters are good; and GMS Mobility's quality control is even better.
At the end I thanked and shook hands with them all, but in truth I wanted to hug them.

Excellent service. Old school customer service which is my favourite. I purchased a Li Tech after spotting it on the easy to use website. Jeremy gave excellent details about it and it arrived within 48 hrs. Very happy so far.

Had an excellent experience with GMS. Had a look initially on the website which is really easy to use. Contacted initially Georgina and then laterally Jeremy. They were both easy to talk to and were very honest. We looked at a couple of scooters and eventually settled on one, we got a value for a trade in and they arranged to collect it and deliver the new one. This was all done very professionally and happened within five days. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you.

The staff I was in contact with Jeremy and Georgina, were both helpful and friendly it made my decision to buy the mobility scooter more definite. The scooter was delivered the very next day after placing my order and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. It has my life that much easier, being able to get out and about after months of not being able to walk further than round the garden. I would heartily recommend GMS to anyone.
