The representative was so very kind and professional. He listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. I wish I could get a representative like him in all my calls to different companies.He went outside of the box to Help me.

Reporting them to NAIC as well, but this company is a scam. Our grandfather recently passed and had life insurance policies for his children and grandchildren. Globe REFUSED to stop taking payment from his bank account even after receiving his death certificate and will not allow the policies to be canceled. Ridiculous

Yes I've been with global life for many years lately I've been paying my premium on time and I don't know what's going on but they collect the money from the bank but they keep saying my premium is not paying this is the third time that's happening to me they even close the mic and my I'll come and I have to reopen it because this is an issue I don't think they fix this issue causse I restore restore my policy keep paying but I still having the same issue I don't understand why I would gladly find want to find out what's going on why I keep having this issue

My rep was clear and full of information about my husband's benefits that we requested from his VFW meeting. It took a lot longer than I expected, but there was a good deal more to the program than the post meeting mentioned to us! We were pleasantly surprised by how much we learned and how helpful the lady was. We will finally be updating our wills thanks to this program and now have a better understanding on how our family is set up in the event my husband (or myself) dies. Well worth the time!

It took a lot longer than I expected, but there was a good deal more to the program than the post meeting mentioned to us! We were pleasantly surprised by how much we learned and how helpful the lady was. We will finally be updating our wills thanks to this program and now have a better understanding on how our family is set up in the event my husband (or myself) dies. Well worth the time!
