Really beautiful, unique products and fantastic customer service from Gigi & Olive. I had quite a few questions during the order process and the team answered them all really quickly and helpfully. I ordered a few items from Gigi & Olive for my sisters hen party. I realized that I didn’t look properly at the turn around time for personalised items and realized the items wouldnt arrive in time. I contacted Gigi & olive straight away to ask if there was anything they could do and they responded so quickly and arranged a rushed order service for me so my items would arrive in time! The customer service was amazing and I can’t thank them enough! Everything arrived beautifully packed and the personalized bow was gorgeous! Would recommend to anyone looking for something special to gift ❤️

Gigi & Olive were amazing! We had to place an extremely late order with a tight deadline of less than a full day, yet they delivered exceptional quality. We were in a rush to fly and still had last minute preparations for our fitness retreat, but from the brief chat with their team, I could tell they were all lovely people.

I highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and top-notch embroidery services. I have attached photos on their Google reviews for proof of their work!

Absolutely love shopping with Gigi & Olive, their customer service is brilliant and I just got the cutest gift for my friend's wedding. Although I had to return it as the size was quite big, they really went out of their way to redeliver in time. Made me so happy ;)

If you’re looking to elevate a hen, something a little more special. I would look no further I used Gigi&Olive for my friends hen. The service is smooth the packaging and attention to detail is honestly second to none. Would highly recommend!

I bought a veil from Gigi & Olive in November, but upon receiving my dress recently realised the veil was too white. I contacted G&O to ask their advice about potentially dying it, however, they told me to send it back and they made a new veil in ivory for me which has just arrived! I’m thrilled with the quality of the item and the customer service that I received! 10/10 would recommend!

Used Gigi & Olive for bridesmaids gifts and now use them for all major gifting moments - such a great curation of products, gift wrap is beautiful and so many amazing personalisation options. You can’t go wrong when you give Gigi & Olive as a gift!

I ordered some items for my bridesmaid proposals and annoyingly got a 10% off email the next day. I requested for the 10% off to be deducted from my order and Georgie happily applied it. My sister ordered a personalised red bow for my puppy, Nala, for Christmas. It is beyond beautiful! The bow is really well made, great fabric and perfect stitching. The packaging for the bridesmaid boxes is stunning, as is the inside.

The wedding planner is also beautiful and incredibly fun and useful to go through - definitely something I'll treasure forever.
