Beautiful shop with a stunning collection of dresses. I felt like I was in great hands and some brilliant suggestions were made too that I hadn't considered.

Rim is also very lovely and friendly when I came to collect my dress.

Outstanding Experience!
From start to finish, my experience at this bridal shop was absolutely outstanding. The team were incredibly patient and took the time to recommend styles that really suited my shape. There was a fantastic variety of dresses to choose from, and their expert advice made the whole process so enjoyable. I was made to feel truly special throughout, and they even offered me a great deal with a flexible payment plan. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

I had the most amazing experience with Rim! After trying on about 18 dresses from various online shops and still not finding the one, I finally visited this shop — and the very first dress Rim picked out for me was it!

Rim was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process — patient, kind, and with such a great eye for what suited me. The selection of dresses was stunning, and the VIP experience made the day feel even more special. I’m so grateful for Rim’s help in finding my dream dress for my special day! Great customer service felt at ease and lovely dresses

Shop was lovely, but staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful unfortunately that ruined the day. Actually found a dress that I liked but will be travelling elsewhere to retry. Its a special day for a bride trying dresses on so it was a real shame that the team let us down.

Rim at the boutique and Tala Daniel seamstress Marina both went way above and beyond for me. I was on a tight schedule and Rim was incredibly understanding and helpful and made the process of selecting a dress seamless. She helped me try on numerous gowns and showed tremendous generosity and true kindness. I would recommend Tala Daniel to anyone.

I am the 2025 bride and came to the store to shop and loved the collections and one of them took my breath away and have purchased the dress. I feel the service at the store could be much better. When u are spending over £2k you need a little bit more in service. I like the lady who was serving me it’s not her it’s I guess the store should make a bride feel that she is the bride make her feel special. But other than that the dress itself I loved it

Wonderful experience, the bridal consultant was kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Made an appointment to try a particular dress on, I was VERY clear about only being interested in that dress, and was reassured that i would get to try it on. I was made to pay a deposit to reserve the appointment, and then they sold it before I arrived. Awful service, don't recommend.
