Great Facilitators
They have great course facilitators and responds promptly and timely. They are easy to talk to and gives you honest feedback on what you require to get the best results from your chosen course. The course was easy to manage as it was related to what I am already doing. The price was affordable and they offered payment terms. I shall definitely look into other courses in the future with them.

I’ve been waiting for a refund to
Be processed for about 5 weeks now, this was meant to be my 3rd course with get my getmycourses but since I found out I didn’t actually need the 3rd qualification for my career goals I have requested a refund of my $350, I hadn’t even signed any enrolment form or payment plan. Twice I sent a request in writing to cancel this course and get a refund. Now I don’t even get reply.
Also my USI is still not up to date with a 2 recent qualifications I have done.
I also have other colleagues of mine who their usi hasn’t been updated and one still hasn’t even received her certificate and it’s been months.
Also it took a long time for one of my colleagues to get her referral bonuses to.
Unfortunately now I will not be getting anymore courses through getmycourses.
And even more disappointing is I feel leaving a bad review on Facebook is potentially the only way to make something happen.

I am sincerely disappointed and very concerned to read this update, and I want to apologize that your positive experiences with your first two courses have been completely undermined by the current lack of support. Waiting five weeks for a $350 refund—especially when you hadn't even signed the enrollment form or payment plan—and receiving no replies to your written requests is completely unacceptable and frankly, stressful.
I deeply regret that you feel leaving a negative review is the only way to get a response; that is not what we aim for in terms of service. Please accept my apologies for this breakdown in communication and the frustration this has caused, particularly since you were a returning customer. Could you please reply to this message or send me a private message with your full name and your USI number?
I want to get this resolved for you right away and, more importantly, ensure your colleagues who are still waiting for certificates and referral bonuses receive immediate attention as well. We must make this right and hope to regain your trust.

Unacceptable Sales Pressure from Haide Curib – Will Be Taking My Business Elsewhere
I was initially interested in pursuing RPL for a Diploma of Community Services and received a call from Haide Curib to discuss the details. I let her know that I would consider the information and would most likely proceed very soon after doing my due diligence.
However, following this, I was repeatedly called multiple times a day. On two separate occasions, I informed Haide that I was arriving at work and could not speak, yet she continued trying to keep me on the phone for five plus minutes. After texting her that I planned to speak with my employer first and would likely enrol next week, I was met with more messages and another phone call asking, “Why not this week?” — despite having already explained my position.
When I once again clarified that I was busy and could not talk, I was met with more pressure and reasons to lock in and start the payment plan this week instead of next week. After explicitly stating that I felt she was being pushy and that I could not speak at the time, I still received yet another message urging me to enrol this week.
Whether this business is legitimate or not, the conduct of Haide Curib was entirely unacceptable. It felt like predatory, scam-like sales tactics — extremely off-putting and unprofessional. I’ll now be pursuing RPL through a different provider.

Hearing that our conduct felt pushy, predatory, and unprofessional is highly alarming, and I assure you that this aggressive approach is absolutely not reflective of the compassionate, supportive, and respectful way we expect our team to engage with prospective students.
You were completely clear about your need for due diligence and your timeline, and it was entirely inappropriate for Haide to ignore your explicit statements about being busy, arriving at work, and needing to enroll the following week. We take this feedback very seriously, and I want to confirm that Haide Curib is no longer part of the GetMyCourse team. We prioritize transparent and student-driven service over high-pressure tactics.
While I understand you have decided to pursue your RPL elsewhere, thank you for bringing this conduct to our attention. We wish you the very best of luck in finding the right provider to help you achieve your Diploma of Community Services.
Worst service
I contacted to Get My Course on 19/5/25 and I prepared all documents and submitted on 22/5/25.Today is 19/8/25 I am still waiting for my certificate. Blenda is my facilitator and I have been given excuses that RTO registrations was expired and They team up with New RTO. My question is Jaclyn (admission department)you didn’t know before you Charged me fees $2300 that RTO needs to be renewed? And holding money for four months.
I need my money back or Provide me certificate.very poor communication with Blenda. Not following up or Answering my calls.Excuse Given that they have Staff shortage.

I am deeply sorry and extremely concerned to read this account of the worst service you've experienced. Waiting four months (from May 22nd to August 19th) for your certificate, particularly after promptly submitting all required documents, is completely unacceptable. Please accept my most sincere apologies for the stress and frustration caused by this significant delay and the subsequent very poor communication.
You are absolutely right to question why you were charged the full $2300 fee if the RTO accreditation was in flux, and I regret that you received excuses regarding RTO renewals and staff shortages instead of clear solutions. Blenda's failure to follow up or answer your calls is a severe lapse in the dedicated support we promise.
While I am glad to confirm that the refund has been processed, I deeply regret that the process was fraught with such delays and poor transparency. Thank you for bringing this critical failure in service to our attention.
