Certificate 3 in Individual Support
I want to sincerely thank the team at Get My Course for their fast and efficient learning program. I recently completed my Certificate III in Individual Support, and I’m so happy to have achieved this milestone.
A special thank you to my student support, Hanna – she was absolutely lovely, hardworking, and incredibly patient. Every time I had a question or an issue with my units, Hanna was always there to help and would follow up with the trainers on my behalf. Her support truly made the process so much easier for me.
While I wasn’t completely satisfied with the trainers’ responses – which were often delayed or unclear – Hanna’s constant presence and dedication made a big difference.
I also had a positive experience with the Skiltrak team. Daniel was polite, professional, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance.
Thanks to the Get My Course team, I now have my certificate and feel confident moving forward in my career.

I just completed my Certificate III in Individual Support and i am proud to say that my experience with Get my course had been an amazing one! Hanna was my student support and she made my journey very easy and was very helpful and very supportive throughout the whole time. She’s very sweet and i am sure everyone that had her as their student support will say the same. Skiltrak also helped me find a company to be able to do my work placement and Ryan was the one helping me throughout my work placement. It was an amazing experience with them too!

Hi, it’s a great experience working with get My Course & with skiltrak the lovely person who I worked with is Hanaa grace and her team it was a pleasure working with them and I did the certificate lll in personal care I hope these experiences makes more young adults join the team and get that scholarships in their hands. Outstanding Help from Start to Finish
I recently completed my Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability), and I couldn’t have done it without the amazing help from HANNA my facilitator.
From the very beginning, they guided me through every step of the process. They were always there to answer all of my questions and they went out of their way to make everything as smooth as possible.

Excellent Guidance and Smooth Process
I’m very grateful for RC’s support throughout my Certificate III process. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience much easier to understand. She even offered to communicate via WhatsApp, which helped me stay on track and ask questions whenever needed. RC was responsive, approachable, and followed up on the documents that needed to be completed. She also let me know that another certificate had been processed. Overall, she’s a great facilitator who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile to support her students.

Both Bev Santos and Katherine Qiambao did a fantastic job by explaining all details that I need to join RPL. Bev did an excellent job she’s quick to responds when I needed her to support for things that I need to be done.
She has excellent skills in listening and communicating in my experienced with her.
I called her my life saver. She made things so easy by explaining clearly and concisely. She is pleasant to talk to. On the other hand Katherine is fantastic in selling strategies She got me into 4 courses which I needed. I am pleased to be an RPL Student.
