I would give zero stars if I could. I have never worked with such an inefficient, disorganized, incompetent business before. There is no communication with the students unless you probe them for answers (it takes around 8 emails and 9 phone calls to even get a response) - unless it is to sell you more empty promises of a certificate and recognition. I have been going through the RPL process for nearly TWO years now with nothing to show for it. I have provided ample information, have had to resend my confidential information multiple times because “they did not receive it” which causes me worry as it is sensitive information they continue to misplace, and am constantly reassured that everyone is “sorry” but then no one does anything to resolve the issues at hand. I had my coordinator say to me on the phone that they have avoided calling me because she knows they are in the wrong (I started my RPL in 2024, this phone call happened in 2025, it is 2026 now). This is highly unacceptable and terribly unprofessional. I have reported them to the Business Services of SA. I am still without a Cert 3 or Diploma despite paying thousands and I require this for my profession. GetMyCourse, Christa College, and Traxion Training - we deserve better.

I would certainly recommend Get My Course. Since contacting them to enquire about their certificate 3 aged care course and all the way through the studying process until I received my certificate, I was always supported and swiftly responded to by their helpful staff.

Very poor and scam !!! I paid for everything upfront sent all that was needed and then boom they disappeared no more constant calls no more messages they said I had to wait 4 weeks for my certificate in support cert 3 age n disability it’s been 4 months now and nothing ding trust this place scam
