Applied for certificate III childcare courses via RPL and paid $2560 (forced me to pay in 1 week). After collecting a the documents and evidence they said I can't do via RPL so Blenda informed me to change to online course or you want withdraw the course. I just told I don't have time do online course so I am withdraw the course. Please refund the money. Blenda requested for refund on 25th September to finance team. Finance team contacted me via on Oct 24th for the refund details ( 1 month for refund requests). Then they emailed me it will take 30 days to process. But till today 12 December. I didn't get any refund so almost I am waiting for 4 months for my refund. So I am going to raise complaint with NSW Fair trading today with compensation for my frustration and stress.

I completed cert III INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT AGEING & DISABILITY course with get my course, and i had a very positive experience from beginning to end. I liked that i could learn at my own pace and go back to the lessons whenever i needed to. Everything was set up in a way that made studying feel smooth and stress free.
