I went to buy 1 product and was pressured to buy other products lots of companies to this I find this unneccesary and annoying

The product is not up to how it was described

Due to a confusing order system, I ordered four instead of one of their pressure washers. I immediately called their customer service number, had to wait some ten minutes when a person answered and told me that she would correct the order if it hadn't been packed to ship.
Ten minutes later, I received a reply stating that the order was ready to ship...all four units. It seems, from reading the customer reviews, others have experienced a similar issue plus a poor refund experience. BUYERS beware!

I returned my pressure nozzle promptly after determining it did not meet my expectations. The return was delivered back to JetHose within the return period, and I provided tracking information showing it had been received.

Despite this, my refund was initially denied multiple times. After repeated emails and escalation, JetHose eventually informed me on June 6, 2026, that my case had been reviewed, a full refund had been approved, and that I would receive both a confirmation email and the refund within 5 business days.

As of June 21, 2026, I have received neither the promised confirmation email nor the refund itself.

While some customer service representatives were polite and eventually reconsidered my case, the overall experience was frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. The process involved repeated denials, inconsistent communication, and promises that have not yet been fulfilled.

A company should not tell a customer that a refund has been issued unless it has actually been processed and can be verified. At this point, I am still waiting for the refund that was promised.

I hope JetHose resolves this matter promptly and improves its communication and refund processes for future customers.

The help I received on contacting the support team was good.
The jethose unfortunately was not appropriate. It was incompatible with my hosepipe and its attachments.
Hence the reason for the need to return it back to you.

This product is absolute crap. Tried to return it and they said we had to pay for the shipping cost and because we live in Canada we also have to pay for the duty, so they offer us to keep it for half the price we did. I tried it again, it is absolute crap. Tried to tighten it up on the hose. The connection is not even real metal leaks through that connection leaks through the connection of their hose, basically took a bath and threw it in the garbage. It is absolutely crap. Stay away from these people.

Customer service was excellent. They responded very quickly to my concern. I am very pleased with my interaction with the company. I would purchase products from this company without any concern.

I have high hopes for the actual product but the purchase process is annoying and I think they charged me extra for a warranty that I did not see an option to opt out of.

Purchased on June2 … shipping said 7-12 days EMAIL on June 3rd said “ YOUR JETHOSE IS ON ITS WAY” and I am still waiting June 20th I received an email June 16 saying that the JETHOSE has shipped and will arrive in 7-12 days. So the site is misrepresenting both the actual shipping and delivery dates. I do feel that 3-4 weeks is too long to wait for a seasonal item. Customer service says that when it does arrive, I can return it at MY expense. VERY DISAPPOINTED and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR

So i finally received the item after just shy of 4 weeks
BEWARE !!!! Complete SCAM
1. It is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT … not at all like in video
2. Box says JETNOZZLE not JETHOSE AS THE PRODUCT IS actually … and dont give me any crap about “well thats just the Company name … This product is advertised as JETHOSE
2. The item is nothing like the JETHOSE advertised and something called JETNOZZLE can be purchased on Amazon for about $25 Cad
3. We WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING IT!!! Going through PayPal dispute centre for a FULL REFUND
4. IF this so called “Company” does NOT GIVE US A FULL REFUND WITH PREPAID RETURN POSTAGE then WE WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND WE WILL SEE THEM IN COURT!!!
5. They messed with the wrong person!

Accidentally ordered two. Called immediately to cancel one. Was advised product already filled by warehouse. Product took 25 days to arrive.
Product did not perform as advertised.

Lady, I talked to about getting my return is very nice and professional

Had to give this one star because it has no option for zero. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a complete scam. On May 9th I accidentally ordered items I didn’t want but could not correct the order without finalizing it. Also I responded to an ad to buy it at $59.99 but was charged $69.94. Emailed 20 minutes after placing the order. I was told it couldn’t be cancelled because it’s already packed to go. They suggested I return it whenI receive it. Then on May 21 I get an email that the product has shipped! Today is June 18 and still no hose. Tried to call customer service but was on hold forever and finally hung up to write this review and warn others. Now it is June 28 still not delivered. I want a refund but got a notice from you to qualify my hose needs to be returned in good shape within 30 days of order. I haven’t even got it yet!

After a wait on hold, the representative heard my concern with the product and responded. I hope to get my refund shortly.

This company took weeks to get my 2 products to me, and several emails to try to get the adapters to connect what they sent to my hose. They never did send them, but gave me a full refund much later. So I thought I'd just go to the plumbing store and buy an adapter. Then I learned that the connector on the end of the jet hose is proprietary, which means I can only get them from jet hose. Never doing business with them again. Beware that the adapter is included before you buy. Actually the reviews aren't great so I recommend you look elsewhere. Customer service gets a zero star review. Product maybe a 2.

The matter isn't resolved and I can't use the product. A refund and useless stuff isn't resolved. It's the make her go away approach


DO NOT BUY!!!

This item does not hook up to a standard hose as advertised without a special connector. It does not have adequate pressure to clean driveways and sidewalks as shown in the advertisement video. It also did not come with the instruction manual that was supposed to be inside the box.

I only wanted to order one. I accidentally ordered three I tried to cancel two they would not. They said that I had to wait till I got them all. I called minutes after they told me it was already shipped so I couldn’t return them then so they told me when they arrived they could return them. I was only going to return to, but the person they were for is not interested in your product sorry.
