Feel I got HOSED... should change name to "GET HOSED"..!!

This company is not to be trusted. DO NOT TRY TO ORDER ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM ! I visited their site and found what I wanted and put it into my cart. Then in an attempt to do my due diligence I wanted to check shipping costs and refund policy. BUT AT THAT POINT THE SALE WAS COMPLETED WITHOUT MY FINAL OK OR AN OPTION TO ALTER OR CANCEL THE BUY. AND THEN TO MAKE IT EVEN WORSE ADDITIONAL ITEMS WERE ADDED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL AND MY BILL TRIPLED. AND PayPal’s “Resolution Center is a joke….they are either understaffed, under qualified or just plain lazy…..no help whatsoever. LAST WARNING….STAY AWAY….I HAD TO LEARN THE HARD WAY…..THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY. SIGNED: Steve Houghton

I place an order on May 19, 2026 and received a confrmation that 2 orders had been placed, I only wanted to order 1 mind you but the system charged me for 2 instead, I called the customer Service number the moment I notice the mistake, spoke to a rep. and he assured my that I could request a refund as soon as I receive the items, well they came and I tried it what!!! a waste of money the pressure is not strong enough to move a leaf. how in the world could it possible clean the driveway. today is the the 26th of June 2026 and I have not been able to get anyone too responde to to my request for a refund.

As far as speaking to a support person, he was very helpful. However instead of getting return authorization info I’m a getting survey first? And then I’ll get the return info? Confused.

I would prefer a straight process without additional offers

I ordered the jethose on June 2, 2026. I have yet, as of June 26,2026 been provided with any shipping information.

Clarence was somewhat helpful. I explained that the high pressure jet nozzle was not at all what I expected. The handle and quick connect are made from plastic. I didn’t expect that. For the price I paid, I was expecting a much higher quality product.

I placed an order for the JetHose on June 1, 2026. I received information that it would be shipped out on June 1, 2026. On 6/11/26 I received an email with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number daily and it showed order was in transit . The order was received 6/25/26. I no longer need this item.

I ordered the jet hose online , I ended up with 3 due to confusing order forms, I also cancelled the order within 30 of ordering after I checked the charge on my credit card , the ad says your order can be cancelled within 1hr ordering , they said it was already shipped so couldn’t cancel order. The order took over a month to be delivered, upon arrival I started return process only to be offered 25% , then 40%, then 70% return and I could keep the product !!! , I can’t believe this company is actually able to operate !!! The end of the hose doesn’t fit a regular hook up and there’s no more pressure than a regular hose attachment that you can purchase at a hardware store for a fraction of the cost !!!!why is this company still open and operating?

I ordered the Jethose, they said it shipped, but gave me no tracking number. I sent them an e-mail for status > no reply it's been 3 days. I should of read the reviews before I ordered it...wont happen again.

The jet hose I received was missing the “adapter/coupler” which locks onto the hose when I complained I was told I received the entire package.
I sent pictures of the jethose and my hose and got offered a percentage of what I paid and keep the item.
I also noticed on my receipt I paid for a “warranty” that I never approved.

I don't like the bait and switch tactic to sell me an additional item I am not sure I need.

It was hard to determine the charge. The site stated one price, then I ordered it and it was a higher prince. I decided to stick with it as I wanted the produce hoping it is all it states. BUT then trying to sign out I kept getting other offers, some cheaper and it was several. So I just kept clicking decline to finally get out of the site. This was about the ordering the product. Even my bank texted me asking me if I placed this order and that is a first time they have done so. I am hoping all is well and I get a hose as described in the webpage. Now I am getting emails offering a discount on the JetHose I thought I ordered. The one on their site but will wait and see what I get for more money that I thought I had to spend to get it. A bit concerned. No way to respond to their emails wanting me to buy what I thought I already bought.

I made a mistake when ordering the product and ordered 4 jet nozzles when I only wanted one. In addition I clicked on "no thanks" when asked if I wanted to add a nano car spray and car cloth but both were added to my order. I contacted customer service right away to change my order. They explained that the order had already gone through even though this was right after the initial order was made and that I could not change the order but not to worry as you have an excellent return process. I tried one of the Jet nozzles
and it just was not what I had hoped for. I would like to return all of the products and get a refund for the total amount.

ordered 3 by mistake and was charged £185, immediatley contacted them, i mean 10 minutes litrally from the uk and was told that they couldnt amend the order as it had been processed so would have to wait for the items to be delivered, 24 days later they arrived and was told i could have 25 percent discount or pay for postage to send them back, tried endless times to contact them but kept getting we are busier than normal email, their communication is appauling and the item is even worse, do not be fooled by the demos on the advert, i get more power from my standard hose attatchment that was a sixth of the price circa £10 at the garden centre.
total car crash of a company and product, do not waste your money on this pathetic item, i think they must have written their own reviews on what i read prior to purchasing.

The quick response to my questions was a big plus for me. The unfortunate thing about the nozzles did not fit my hose was unfortunate.
