The product does not perform at all as advertised.

The jet hose I ordered does not meet my expectations of the advertised usage.
It is not high pressured at all.

I felt the description of the item and what it could do makes it a worthwhile item to have.

Easy to navigate web site equals easy to purchase

Pricing doesn’t show up till you go to purchase the product. Also, additional costs for other products are frustrating to deal with as there is no info on the products just small descriptors and the pricing based on quantity.

Ich brauche nur 1 Gerät, habe aber noch weitere 3 geliefert bekommen. Ich bitte um einen Retouren Zettel, damit ich die 3 Geräte zurücksenden kann.
Ich habe auf meiner Kreditkarte eine Belastung von 56,17 € für das Gerät, das ich behalten möchte. Dann habe ich aber noch 2 Belastungen von je 66,63 €, bitte also um Rückerstattung von 133,26 € auf meine Kreditkarte.

DISINGENUOUS AND DECEPTIVE

They advertise and promote in Canada then charges US$ without stating clearly the currency! An item advertised as $ 60 in Canada actually cost me $108

They deceived me into checking a box to accept a duplicate item at a discount. The box appeared to be a 40 % discount on the original item i.e. retail 100 ..tic box to get $ 40 off and pay 60

I cancelled both by call to their support center within 5 minutes .. Support promised to cancel then a day later they emailed me and told PayPal the order has already been shipped and could not be cancelled

Shipping documents they provided prove this was NOT TRUE. The items had not even been picked up by shipper 2 days after my cancellation

DISINGENUOUS & DECEPTIVE

Now they are trying to make me pay to return ship.the product! They couldnt figure out a way to process a cancellation 5 minutes after it was recieved ..

Now they want me to pay more to correct their error

They tried to charge $ 108.foe a product they advertised as $60 and went ahead and shipped the product

I had a very prompt reply to my issues.
I had somehow purchased more than intended however a most courteous response was forthcoming with a
possible satisfactory solution.
I was most impressed.

Excellent customer service in terms of responding to my request for a refund. Time will tell how soon a refund is given.

The ordering process was easy. If the product works as good as advertised.

Too many add on requests it’s ridiculous and quite deceptive that the “no thanks” is it tiny don’t and on a phone you need to be really careful when selecting the no option - I feel like this is intentional

Very easy to work with your website. I did feel that $12.99 was a bit too much for extra shipping. It’s almost the same price as another item! I’m alright with $3.99 but not higher than that.

I was on hold with customer service entirely too long before a representative picked up. I would expect a 30 days customer satisfaction warranty to go quickly and smoothly.
